If you're looking for a solution for an electric toothbrush, there's a nifty little shelf thst you can attach to an outlet plate that also has a compartment to hide cords.
I have this one, but there are also ones on etsy that are made specifically for toothbrushes (and the guy even makes different styles for different brands of toothbrushes).
