What are you packing for food and nav?
Seems usually on the heavy side. Sleeping bag should be 1.5-3 lbs.
You can divide the weight of 3-6 person tent to sub 2lbs each. The $80 Alps is a fine 3 person tent. http://www.amazon.com/ALPS-Mountaineering-Meramac-Camping-6-Feet/dp/B004EQEB3I/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1464684044&sr=8-1&keywords=alps+tent+3+person
I'm at sub10lbs base and spent sub$150-200.
My buddy uses this tent. He likes it a lot and I've seen lesser quality for over double the cost. Slightly over budget, but it's brand new
The savings on the first two are not worth it. The Coleman brand is not top quality, but it has a solid warranty and is more well known than the others. At least in my opinion - go for the Coleman if it's up against those 3.
The Alps tent might be worth spending more, but probably not. The Coleman option is cheaper by $20 ($45 vs $65).
You would be very tight in that tent - for that reason alone I would not recommend it. It's probably slightly higher quality than the Coleman, but not by much. At minimum you'd want the 3-person size:
