If you're looking for somthing cheap to try out, I saw that Amazon's Goodthreads had a few that fit that description. Big ol' disclaimer here, I doubt the quality is any good, but it's probably not any worse than other comparable fast fashion brands.
Alternatively, go vintage! There's a ton of made in USA/Europe sweaters on Ebay that have cool vintagey graphics, kinda like this.
