I had shitty USB 3 sockets on my motherboard so the Index controllers were not pairing correctly. Luckily I have an RTX graphics card with a USB C socket. I used this adapter and everything was hunky dory afterwards.

That is the cheapest one i see on amazon you should buy a USB-OTG dongle to your Android phone, then connect the USB game controller to that. Games with controller support should detect the device, and you'll be ready to play (BTW, Nice Phone)
Link:
USB C - USB (Amazon) you can!!
I assume you mean an OTG adapter.
Amazon Basics USB Type-C to USB 3.1 Gen1 Female Adapter - Black https://smile.amazon.com/dp/B01GGKYXVE/ref=cm_sw_r_apan_i_YW2H7ACNWMSRS7VN29E7?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1
I wonder if you could use a Type C hub with power delivery?
Something like this, maybe? I have a usb-c to usb-a adapter, but it goes the other way so that wouldn't work.
yeah what he said, for me it’s always a USB C cable that gets u fucked up, using a regular USB A cable should work. If you don’t have a macbook that supports USB A, then i would recommend buying a little adapter from amazon like how I did and it worked like a charm. Amazon Basics USB Type-C to USB 3.1 Gen1 Female Adapter - Black https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01GGKYXVE/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_glt_fabc_080ZH1T77Q9BKK3GEVMQ?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1
Otherwise, I would recommend this AmazonBasics USB-C to USB-A adapter that I use myself, and was able to achieve USB 3.1 Gen 2 speeds(10Gbps) with a USB 3.1 Gen 2 A-C cable that I tested on a Thunderbolt 3 port(with a Seagate Firecuda NVMe portable SSD). No idea how that's possible 😂
I just tested with a USB C to A adapter, into a A to C cable and it worked. So goofy!
I use a Lenovo X1 tablet that only has USB C ports, so I already have some slim USB C to A adapters I keep with me. Something like this isn't too bad to keep in your bag:
https://www.amazon.com/AmazonBasics-Type-C-Gen1-Female-Adapter/dp/B01GGKYXVE/
You could get an adapter such as this one to plug the controller directly j to the console. That will work!
You can also get stands such as the Hori USB Playstand that has USB ports on it
Also used to have a Lenovo tab with the little kickstand. Gone through a few since then but currently have a Galaxy tab S2. Does everything I want it to, and one of the few that still has a headphone jack. (Yes I use Bluetooth, but nice to know it's there) Also has the expandable slot, though for trips I usually load up a thumb drive with shows and use this dongle:

Just another question. Will the genuine Apple adapter ($22 in India) make a difference over this $6 Amazonbasics adapter?
Swap sims from the old to new phone and service has been transferred. If you use an adapter like this AmazonBasics USB Type-C to USB 3.1 Gen1 Female Adapter Cable - Black https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01GGKYXVE/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_FdEnFbQSCGS89 you can plug one phone into the other and swap over messages, pictures, apps and more. Enjoy the new phone.
LOL Aussie prices are nuts, I'd use the official Amazon one as it's got much better reviews and also some cable to dangle down (my monitor sometimes blocks the signal, no idea why).
Sure thing, I just use this adapter and the cable that comes with the op-z to connect the 2, and set the clock values according.

Just the very basics for when I don't have my laptop available
VPN client
RDP Client
and one of these in case I need to plug in a normal keyboard/mouse in a pinch: dongle
If you have a lot of *nix servers/VMs I'm sure there are plenty of ssh clients available to
Yes it does. It's an awkward angle since you need to plug it into the bottom. But it does work. I own the Amazon Basics USB Type-C to USB 3.1 Gen1 Female Adapter Cable. And I've never had an issue. Here's the link:
AmazonBasics USB Type-C to USB 3.1 Gen1 Female Adapter - Black https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01GGKYXVE/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apap_SDaBVC2wXpgM8
Yea, this thing with my regular iPhone USB cable. Thanks for the help anyway.
I assume you have a usb 2.0 cable that has a boxy end for your interface and a regular usb on the other end. If that is the case, then yes, just buy a usb ->usb C adapter.
>On my new MacBook It says up to 480mb/s (using the type C adapter).
Yup, there’s your problem right there. I assume that you’re using the same cable with both computers, so it’s almost certainly the adapter that’s causing the issue.
Your initial plan to get that cable sounds good to me. An adapter like this or this would also work.
If I’m understand correctly then yep. So for example you’re using something like this to connect it while in handheld mode?
A USB-C to USB-A adapter along with a supported USB-A Ethernet adapter will work. You should be able to find cheaper ones than this as well
Check out this post for information on finding a supported Ethernet adapter
Yes of course. You can either buy them from Apple or you can buy third party ones on Amazon or wherever.

You need an adapter like this: https://www.amazon.com/AmazonBasics-Type-C-Gen1-Female-Adapter/dp/B01GGKYXVE
Some external HDDs use a ton of power, so if you have disconnection issues, you might need a powered hub like this:

Do you think one of the below cables will work for Trezor One - MacBook Air M1 ?

Please let me know.
Gotcha. You might find it in a niche site, but I couldn't find anything myself.
If you can't find it I suggest using whatever multi-cable you prefer and then getting something like one of these:
https://www.amazon.com/AmazonBasics-Type-C-Gen1-Female-Adapter/dp/B01GGKYXVE/
https://www.amazon.com/nonda-Adapter-MacBook-Laptops-Chargers/dp/B087LP9Y93/
For my XPS and a wired mouse I use: Amazon Basics L6LUC021-CS-R USB Type-C to USB 3.1 Gen1 Female Adapter - Black https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01GGKYXVE/ It's inexpensive and compact. I bought 3x (1 for each of my type C ports).
It would need a huge hole where the Charging cable goes in, but you could use both of these together:
(USB-C to USB-A Female): https://www.amazon.com/AmazonBasics-Type-C-Gen1-Female-Adapter/dp/B01GGKYXVE/ref=sr_1_6?dchild=1&keywords=usb-c+to+female+usb+a&qid=1626790222&sr=8-6
Just one of many examples: https://www.amazon.de/-/en/Amazon-Basics-Female-Adapter-Cable/dp/B01GGKYXVE
You can get an adapter such as this one and it’ll work. Though you may also want a stand if you don’t already have one. Just make sure whatever stand you get leaves the USB-C port open
There’s also stands with built-in USB ports such as the Hori USB Playstand
Yup, that's perfectly fine. I've had good experience with the following:
AmazonBasics USB Type-C to USB 3.1 Gen1 Female Adapter Cable - Black
The AmazonBasics is a dongle and is USB-IF certified. If you prefer a keychain, go for the Nekteck. It doesn't seem to be USB-IF certified, but I trust Nekteck since they make quality USB-IF certified cables and chargers.
No there's no USB-C version. You could get an C-A adapter if you really needed it C.
It wouldnt be any faster. USB C and A are just the physical ports. They both run on USB 3.1 so they're the same speed.
Amazon Basics https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01GGKYXVE/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_doYzCb04S3B5Y
Inexpensive and great item so far.
Yeah it seems like the go-to answer they have been giving everyone. I forgot to mention that I actually bought this usb 3.1 to Type C adapter so I draw power from my GPU instead of my motherboard now since I heard some motherboards can't supply enough power themselves. Got it from Amazon - https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01GGKYXVE/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o04_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

You will need a USB-A female to USB-C male cable, such as this one. Then just plug your LAN adapter into the cable and you're good to go.
Honestly it sounds like it's your USB to USB-C adapter. My CTL-4100 works fine when using any of my adapters (two Insignia, one Apple) on both a MacBook (12", Early 2016) and a MacBook Air (2020.)
My best guess as to why your tablet isn't working with this adapter because the adapter might not be rated to put out enough power for the tablet to run. (or it could be that the tablet isn't compatible with USB OTG, though I'm not sure if that would apply with a laptop.)
It looks like you might be in Australia - sadly I don't believe you can purchase the insignia adapter I'm using there. That being said, here are a couple adapters that should work fine with your Intuos:
Amazon Basics USB-C to USB 3.1 Adapter - AUD$14.99
Apple USB-C to USB Adapter - AUD$29.00
edit: it may also be worth trying out another Micro USB cable with your Intuos if you've got one lying around. It shouldn't make a difference if the tablet is brand new, but it'd be good to rule that out as a cause for this issue.
Yep! You only need the USB-C to USB-A adapter. The one I use is the Amazon Basics one
I use this adapter and it works fine. The only difficulty I have with the Rift S is how the mic works but I don't think it has anything to do with this door.
https://www.amazon.es/gp/product/B01GGKYXVE/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o02_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
I have Rift S working on the USB-C port of my RTX2070 GPU without any problem. I bought the adapter from amazon:

I have bought and successfully used the dongles listed below with my new iPad Pro 12,9". The USB3 to USB C from Amazon Basics is used to transfer my XAVCS video files from my Sony a6000 and it works well (even though it does not display any ETA or progress during import).

Apple makes Boot Camp so people can use Windows on their Mac's when they want. Boot Camp is simply an easy way to install Windows on your Mac. Some applications and games are only available on Windows. For example, you can run Rocket League from Steam on MacOS, but Witcher 3 is only on Windows. You can learn about Boot Camp here https://support.apple.com/boot-camp Your Mac has an app called Boot Camp Assistant located in the Applications folder > Utilities folder. You will need to buy a copy of Windows 10 if you want to install Windows on your Mac using Boot Camp. Boot Camp will not make your computer slower, the Windows install will simply take up 40GB of space on your hard drive. If you need help installing Windows on your Mac using Booth Camp, you might consider making an appointment at the Apple Store so they can walk you through it.
The system update you just downloaded will not fix your controller. I'm pretty sure your controller isn't working because you're using a crappy USB adapter. If you really want to make that controller work, you can try this adapter instead https://www.amazon.com/AmazonBasics-Type-C-Gen1-Female-Adapter/dp/B01GGKYXVE/ref=sr_1_5?s=pc&ie=UTF8&qid=1545970522&sr=1-5&keywords=usb%2Bc%2Badapter&th=1 Honestly, I would just buy a bluetooth controller instead.
To permanently delete an application from your Mac, go to the Applications folder and drag that program from the Applications folder into the Trash (or right-click the application and select "move to Trash"). It's that simple, just drag it to the Trash. You can manage storage space on your Mac by clicking the Apple Logo in the top left corner of the menu bar and selecting About This Mac > Storage > Manage.
Some people don't realize their Mac can do a right-click. Go to System Preferences and select Trackpad to customize things the way you like.
You can use Activity Monitor to see your Mac's CPU usage, Memory Usage, Programs Using Battery, Network Usage, and so on. Activity Monitor is located in Applications > Utilities.
Every application has a little green button on the top left corner. Usually that green button will make the program go Fullscreen. If you want to make the application fill the screen without making it "Fullscreen", hold the Option button on your keyboard while you click the green button. Now the application will fill the screen without actually going Fullscreen.
To actually Quit a program, select Quit or use the keyboard shortcut Command+Q. Hitting the red button usually just closes the application's window, it doesn't actually quit the application.
Theres this one, the black one is cheaper as of right now. Also, you'll probably want a usb splitter too if you want rumble capabilites from your adapter
