Alternatively, after washing with soap and water you can rub your hands on something made of stainless steel (like a sink) under running water, or get a stainless steel soap bar like this. YMMV.
Stainless Steel Soap Bar - Just use some hand soap and rub your hands with this. Works great.
Might not work because it’s a little bit different, but when I have smelly fingers from cutting onion, I use lemon juice and a stainless steel bar (or if you have a stainless steel sink). Works really well. Might be worth a shot? stainless steel bar
Rub your fingers on anything steel. A teaspoon, a knife blade (FROM THE BACK, don't cut yourself ffs), the side of teh sink.
Steel somehow neutralizes garlic odor.
They even sell little soap-bar-shaped lozenges to rub in your hands for just this purpose. https://www.amazon.com/Amco-8402-Stainless-Steel-Absorber/dp/B000F8JUJY
maybe one of those steel soap things will help? It’s like for onion smells on your hands while cooking. It’s worth a shot.

I’ve found that stainless steel works great for removing odors stuck on skin. They make handy little steel bars shaped just like soap that you can scrub with under running warm water. Works amazingly well for me. Here’s an Amazon link to one:

A lot of people don't know that just rubbing your hands on we stainless steel will do the trick. It works for garlic, onion, anything that is really smelly. I've got one of these and it works great. Before I got that, I would rub my hands on the kitchen sink under running water.
For clothing: Wear a cap or a bandana and a spare shirt/coat. Ditch or hid them after smoking.
The best way to keep the smell down to a minimum is to use a pipe and only take snaps that you can cache in one hit with no smoke escaping. Smoke and ash = smell.
YUP! And if you don't have anything stainless steel except for your fridge and kitchen knives, then luckily Rub-a-way bars are pretty cheap and one will literally last the rest of your life.
Also great for getting onion and other food smells off your hands.
They sell stainless steel “bars of soap” for this and other smells. Works well for fish too. AMCO 8402 Rub-a-Way Bar Stainless Steel Odor Absorber, Single, Silver https://www.amazon.com/dp/B000F8JUJY/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_glt_fabc_9QXQCDZR3KVVBJ0ZK2HD?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1
OHHHHHH!!! I’ve wanted to share this for a while.
Rub-a-way steel bar “soap” — it’s a stainless steel bar that is removes odors like garlic or onion from your hands when cooking, but I use it in the shower! With a bit of body wash, I use it on my armpits and sometimes my bikini area. Really helps with BO from working out! You can also just use it with water on your armpits midday if you start smelling. Useful for gals and guys!
product link if anyone is interested
if you feel like you are showering and you aren't getting the smell out of your armpits, use a stainless steel soap bar. They are typically used for cooks to remove the smell of garlic or onions from your fingers, but it works for underarms as well.
That link's dead. This one's not.
Edit: Lol, I was downvoted for providing a link that works?
Maybe overkill but I have this by the sink so I can do just that.
Ahhh you have not heard of stainless steel soap! It's magic. Takes hockey smell off my hands, pussy smell off my face, and shoe smell off my feet. It's cheap, easily washable, and you can have it tomorrow.
If you get noxious smells on your hands (say from garlic or tuna, etc), you can rub your hands on stainless steel. You can check with kitchen supplies on Amazon or in a store and they will have what looks like a stainless steel bar of soap, otherwise using a spoon or faucet will work. There's some sort of chemical reaction that happens and your hands will lose the noxious smell and pick up a metallic one. The metallic one will then wash away with soap and water.
Here's one example and here's another
