She's actually making some patterns from that book right now. She started and finished the macrons today and has moved on to peas in a pod.
I'm actually looking at these books for her:
Crochet Cafe: Recipes for Amigurumi Crochet Patterns
I'm also considering a foldable photo tent. It's not strictly crochet related, but it will help her take photos of her stuff for Etsy.
Thanks for the ideas. She actually got the AmiguruME book for mother's day. By which I mean she bought it for herself and called it her mother's day present. (Because, again, it's much more likely that she'll get something she wants then.)
I am looking at another of the AmiguruME series, though, about food: https://www.amazon.com/dp/1454710713/
Of course, looking that over again, it might not be a good match. Thanks to asthma, she doesn't like many scents. (We use fragrance free laundry detergent.) So she's not likely to toss a bunch of "smelly stuff" into her creations. So this book might be better: https://www.amazon.com/dp/1944515933/
Quietly leaves this link here for you... I'm not enabling... nooooo not meeeee!!!!
