Yes absolutely! you get get a cheap set of "Hex Shank drill bits" I also have this exact model, you can use it plugged in on fast speed and it will drill a hole without issue!
link is an example you can buy them super cheap at harbor Freight or Big Lots or eve the bigger names like Home Depot or Lowes.. might get lucky at Walmart or Meijer if you need to after the others close down.
You have a great tool there, great little convertible driver to get in tight places!
