This one. I also bought satin pillowcases and safety pinned one where my head goes because the cover tangles your hair something fierce.
My biggest problem wasn't from the reduction per se, but from the lipo under my arms. It was insanely swollen and made it hard to function. I went to work part time for 3 weeks, working my way up to full time.
Don't worry, the pain will keep you on your back. I bought a wedge pillow and put two king pillows as arm rests, and put satin pillowcases on everything so it was easier to maneuver. I'm also a lifetime stomach sleeper and 8wpo I still can't lay on my stomach.
Here's my wedge pillow, it's super comfy: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07TK958YR/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apap_oqYWXYWNHejEt
I absolutely needed a wedge pillow and a grabber to pick things up off of the floor and grab things from high up. I pinned a satin pillowcase on the wedge to keep my hair from getting tangled because brushing out the rats nest that formed each night was terrible. I put two king sized pillows on either side of the wedge as arm rests. You need front close sports bras, Avia brand at Walmart zip up bras are good. Size them based on your rib cage. Get some ibuprophen, you can't take Tylenol with some rx pain meds as they already have Tylenol in them.
Here's the wedge I bought, I highly recommend it, it's amazingly comfortable and I'm still using it 6 wpo... https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07TK958YR/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apap_oT6JNGgXFVvWO
I made a bit of a throne on my bed from a contoured wedge pillow (link at bottom). I put two king sized pillows at the sides for my arms to rest on, and put two king sized pillows under my legs so I was sort of reclining. I put satin pillow cases on everything, even pinning one on the wedge pillow to make maneuvering them and me easier and keep my hair from tangling. I've been like that for 5 weeks and I'm normally a stomach sleeper with sciatica problems and I've been pretty comfortable to be honest with you.

If you haven't bought your wedge pillow yet, this one is amazing, my mom bought it for me. My only complaint is that it tangles my hair, so I pinned a satin pillowcase onto it.

Also be careful with topical antibiotics, you shouldn't need them unless you actually get an infection, in which case your Dr should be consulted. They can cause issues if you apply them willy nilly.
I just had mine done last Tuesday, and honestly I wouldn't have survived without my wedge pillow. I have a fancy contoured one from Amazon, but I've been so much more comfortable than being on a pile of pillows. And also, ibuprophen for pain and swelling a couple days after surgery made more of a difference for me than all the oxycodone in the world. Oh, and buy some shout. You'll end up with blood on your clothes, even bandaged up, you'll spring leaks. It's good at getting blood out.
Here's what I bought:
