Anker has finally come out with a 10000mah PD power bank and its only 6.8oz!
Using the 10000 PD I can stream War Dust over 5 hours easily. I run the quest down to about ~10% then plug in the powerbank then it charges it up to ~85% and stays there for hours. I try not to use it so I don't forget to go to bed.
Edit: A couple velcro straps hold it nicely on the back of the Quest strap too.
As mentioned, it's USB Power Delivery. It's a standard that many laptops use these days, Chrebooks, iPad pros, and many phones.
USB PD can do voltages of 5, 9, 12, and 20V, and current upto 5A for a Max 100W.
The OP7 series supports upto 15W at 5V x 3A, so almost any PD bank will do. Some banks can do upto 27W or higher, meaning you could potentially charge a laptop with it.
All in all, USB PD still charges the phone quickly (not as fast as warp, but still fast), and will work with many devices.
As with all banks, there are cheap ones for $15 and expensive ones for $100. Price depends on size, quality, speed, and reputation.
Here's a pricey Anker 18W one: [link]
But just make sure it says PD.
Darn, PowerCore+ 19000 PD would really be ideal for you.
It looks like the best option available in Italy is PowerCore 10000 PD. Far from perfect for you, though.
If you don’t need one right away, it might not be a bad idea to wait and see what is unveiled/released in the next few months.
When exactly is the phone you’re getting coming out?
I have an Anker 10000 mAh USB-C PD. The Anker is small for it's capacity (11.4 x 5.2 x 2.5 cm) so it's easy to carry, I keep it in my inside coat pocket. It's great for when you need to go out for a full day without access to a charger.
Just wanted to say that this mod is essential for any Quest owner. I found the headset to be unbearable no matter how much I adjusted the straps there was just too much pressure on my forehead and cheeks. Decided to give the counterweight mod a try and it is definitely a game changer. There is no more pressure on the face and I can wear the headset for hours now with no discomfort.
If you find the headset uncomfortable then you owe it to yourself to try this mod.
Edit: Here are the links to the velcro I used and the power bank.
So... OnePlus uses a proprietary fast charging technology, which means none of Anker's PowerCores (or any other portable chargers for that matter) are capable of providing a fast charge (at least for now). With that being said, here are 4 great options for you. The smaller three support trickle charge for your earbuds. The largest one might trickle charge your XPS, but I'm not sure.
PowerCore 10000 PD ($45.99) 18W USB-C PD + 10W USB-A PowerIQ (simultaneous fast charging)
PowerCore 10000 PD Redux ($45.99) 18W USB-C PD + 12W USB-A PowerIQ (no simultaneous fast charging)
PowerCore Slim 10000 PD ($39.99) 18W USB-C PD + 12W USB-A PowerIQ (no simultaneous fast charging)
PowerCore+ 19000 PD ($69.99 with coupon) 27W USB-C PD + 15W USB-A PowerIQ 2.0 + 10W USB-A PowerIQ (simultaneous fast charging)
Let me know if you have any questions, and I'd love to help you decide on a pair of earbuds, too!

I’m not sure the exact but I bought this Anker External Power Bank and it keeps the battery at 100% throughout play and brings play from about 3 hours to 5-6 hours
Can't go wrong with this one:

There are much cheaper options but I have been very happy with this one. It's small and light and you can literally play all day if you wanted to.
Does anyone know what the power demands are for powering the Quest while playing? The 2.4a USB B port (w/ an adapter) MIGHT not be sufficient.
You might be better off with this model:
I recently purchased a Caliburn and wanted to get a portable power bank in case I need to recharge it while I am away from home. Firgued I'd get one that could fast charge my cellphone so I went with the Anker 10000PD power bank. Do you think I will have an issue charging the caliburn? I know most devices "should" only draw what they need but I heard the batteries and battery tech in vape stuff is pretty sketchy so now I am worried about using the power bank.
Here is the one I just ordered https://www.amazon.com/Anker-PowerCore-10000mAh-Portable-Delivery/dp/B07HBTY3Z2
