Your skating is so smooth!
Oh and ankle straps have been a life saver for me in all activities. The nice thing is it’s easy to get a shoe over them. For me, the bigger braces made my shoe fit too tight.
amazon elastic ankle brace
For the wrists regular wrists guards, the ankle is tough though. You could wear some sort of light brace something like this one or a heavier duty one , I'm not sure how built up you need to go to. It's also not common to wear these as a means of prevention but it's the only thing I can think of.
A problem with them too is that they prevent the ankle from strengthening over time so you might want to consider doing some reading into ankle strengthening and proprioception work like they do in physio as a proactive/maintenance kind of thing. There isn't a lot of talk about this kind of thing so you might want to talk to a physio or something, you will have to do some more research. Unfortunately skateboarding is just one of those things that isn't a great idea if you absolutely can't get hurt for work, it's not super common to be out for more then a few weeks but it happens and smaller injuries which can take you out for a few days will eventually happen at some point.
