So did it with the centre of the router at 12" in from the end of the table. With that I did three tracks in total (descriptions are if you're standing at the narrow end of the table)
1 going across like this one - https://www.amazon.ca/gp/product/B00153LKEG/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o08_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 - that combines a mitre slot with a t-track slot (if I was to re-do it I'd probably just do a mitre slot only - don't think I'll end up using the t-track here as it ended up being a bit too far for a lot of feather boards) so that I can use a mitre gauge with the router table. That one goes across at ~5-6 inches from the edge. This was the one that was a pain to install as in order to get things in or out of that track I had to notch the rails and spot paint where I notched so they wouldn't rust.
2 going front-to-back (from that end perspective) like https://www.aliexpress.com/item/1005001689153525.html?spm=a2g0s.9042311.0.0.6faa4c4d9dzKoZ (the ones you linked look to be deeper than the ones I used) to mount a custom built split fence on (depending on the type of cut I either use the custom fence or use the saw stop fence).
I mean - I won't say I'm an expert here (as I really only started woodworking in any sort of regular way last year some point) - but I do find it to be a nice setup for what I've been using my router for.
