I have large knuckles and thin fingers (yes it’s due to a joint disease). Bc of this any ring that fits over my knuckle is too big and swings. My engagement ring is lovely but it has a large center stone. So I wear one of the above ring resizers, cut to fit, all the time. It’s a tad inconvenient at times but it works. I do have to remove it b4 I take my ring off. Anyway I hope that helps 🙂
YES this has been my exact experience! I just got a pack of these and they have completely solved the problem:
I hope you found it!! I had the same issue. There’s little, clear silicone spirals you can put on the back of your rings to make them fit more snugly. It’s like $4 for a pack that will last you and your family the rest of their lives (it says there are 15 in a pack, but each is long enough for probably 5 uses). I got one because I wear my grandfather’s ring and I didn’t want it to be altered. Used to fit me perfectly...then I lost 100 lbs :)
This is one I bought from Amazon.... Anpro Set of 15 Ring Size Adjuster with 3 Sizes Clear Ring Sizer Resizer Fit for Loose Rings(Please See The Below Picture for The Steps. 2mm/3mm). https://www.amazon.com/dp/B073FDFLSF/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_i_0GcECbGFH0YF4
There are small clear "sleeves" that can be put on the bottom of a ring, to make it fit better called "ring size adjusters." They're usually a soft silicone-like material and under $5 for an assortment pack.
Example ring size adjusters from Amazon.
They're always hidden below the finger. But there are two types: ones that go fully around the ring and others that sit only between the ring and finger. You'll prob want the former.
Put it on for the performance only. Remember to practice with it. Might feel foreign at first.
Cauli rice is one of my go-to meals, and I spice it up many different ways! Penzey's or Mountain Rose have some amazing spice blends you can get to try something new. Also, on the ring front, I bought these little ring sizer adjuster thingies which will do the trick until you can afford to get the rings resized, cut to length and choose the one that is correct for your finger.
u/SandraRosner has offered good advice on this issue.
I would go with clear silicone ring size adjuster, not metal ones. Here's acouple from amazon: https://www.amazon.com/Anpro-Adjuster-Sizes-Clear-Resizer/dp/B073FDFLSF/ref=sr_1_3?ie=UTF8&qid=1540226182&sr=8-3&keywords=ring+size+adjuster

This may (or may not) help, but you could try an inexpensive silicone ring adjuster like this one:
It could be that with the combination of the (top heavy) weight of your ring, in conjunction with the fact that the ring is a tad too large, the ring is slightly "spinning" around your finger and causing irritation. You could try this "daily use" adjuster alternative prior to resizing. The softness of the silicone could help make your ring more comfortable and wearable.
Once the ring is resized, should your finger swell (for any reason) you yet again need another resizing to adjust the ring back to its original larger size.
What about this spiral thing? https://www.amazon.ca/dp/B073FDFLSF/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_glt_i_1TVAMGQGEACYRWRNRG0X
I have been using this kind until I am able to get my ring sized. 3 different sizes came in the package so you can pick which makes it fit the best
I got these on amazon: Anpro Set of 15 Ring Size... https://www.amazon.com/dp/B073FDFLSF?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share. My wedding set is platinum so pricey to resize and my class ring is thick and gold. Highly recommend for an inexpensive fix!
