Sadly I don't, because I take it apart as soon as I use it. But the system is pretty simple to set up.
You want a sediment/gravity filter housing, like this:

I used 5 micron cartridges. I went to harbor freight, got a vacuum pump for brake lines, and replaced the compression fitting with a barb fitting. Took an extra bung, drilled 2 holes in it, and ran stainless tubes, one to run to the vacuum line, one to run to the filter, then hooked up a stainless racking cane to the other side of the filter.
Also, here's the filter I use. It has good metal connections to prevent leaking. If you're doing a good amount of volume, might be advisable to get two, with a 20nm and 5nm filter in each.
