I use size 00 gel caps, a lab spatula like the one below and an AWS100 scale to make mine. It goes pretty quick once you make a few and get a feel for how much to scoop up on the spatula.

Actually you can dump some powders onto a folded piece of paper & then carefully "funnel" substance into waiting capsule. Can stand capsule up in appropriately shaped piece of aluminum foil. Get creative!

Finely ground mushroom powder is really light and fluffy. Even if the .030 is giving an accurate dose, that is pretty low if you are doing a single scoop. I think you could really benefit from spending just a bit of money for accurate dosing. Amazon has everything you would need. Not sure about your financial situation, but these things could be really helpful if you are serious about microdosing.
