I'm using one similar to this (I'm using the PC60, which has an EC electrode on it too). It's been very reliable, easy to use, and the instructions are clear.
But ultimately, the best way to avoid calibration is proper storage and use:
Never touch the electrode directly.
Always rinse any nutrient solution off the meter and electrode with deionized or R.O. water.
Dry the rinse water off the meter, but avoid touching the electrode.
Cap the meter, maintaining the electrode in storage solution. The electrode is full of salty water, and the storage solution is salty water (3M KCl). This keeps the electrode in good shape and maintains accuracy.
