not sure if you're in US or not, but you should be able to get it from wherever you are located. Just make sure you get the CTRL i for ios. the R version is for android. It connects via bluetooth and all controls are identical to console. If you look in the game settings under controls, you can see the controller tab. Switch it to advanced and you'll see all the controls. Only difference is that you need to hold left trigger to do any skill move, otherwise moving the right stick will just do a knock on in whatever direction you move it.
