I would assume you would need something like this model below. If your crawl space is open and no breaks such that air flow is not impeded you'd probably be good with just one. For something like this I'd suggest calling the local basement guys and getting a quote, which will outline what the pros would use.
Using AC to dehumidify sounds expensive. Ecobee supports a dehumidifier via the ACC wire.
Look into the AprilAir model. I have the humidifier, and it works perfectly. I suspect the dehumidifier would work equally well.
