I found this which looks very similar, but a bit cheaper. Although I saw the one you were talking about for 17 bucks at petco, and of course the next day the sale was over!

A 2.5 gal kit is perfectly fine for a betta. Comments like these do more harm than good because someone is going to see this and think 'eh I'm not putting a 10 gal on my desk, I'll just get a bowl.
