What you're looking for isn't really a thing. Most tanks are very utilitarian, being either clear or unaccented, or black so that the fish and livestock are able to contrast better.
Most that you'd find would be the <10g kid-targeted stuff for fresh water or betta tanks.
Closest stuff would be the Aqueon NeoGlow kits, or JBJ did show off their JBJ Neon Cubes at MACNA a few years ago, but don't know if anything came of them.
Unless you get it custom built, probably won't be able to find what you're looking for.
