i used to get pretty bad back-ne so i started using this type of wash cloth. it might be a little harsh and take some getting used to but my back-ne cleared up, and it really helped the keratosis pilaris on my legs. i know everybody is suggesting essentially a traditional towel-like washcloth, but this is like if a regular loofah was just one long strip and a little rougher
I use Veet ready to use wax strips. That was the only wax that did not make me breakout nor did it cause any ingrown hair. I go to Europeean wax center for my bikini and eyebrows. So after waxing, I would recommend you exfoliating the areas you waxed and then using a hair minimizer lotion.
For the hair minimizer, I use completely bare don’t grow there. That usually does the trick.
For exfoliating, I use these washcloths I bought from Amazon.

I'm not a mechanic but I work on my car sometimes.
I use an exfoliating cloth like these every day but they also work great to get grease or any other type of grime off my skin.
The cloth is super abrasive and all you need to use is regular bar soap. Just get the cloth wet and rub a bunch of soap on it and then start scrubbing your skin really hard. There hasn't been any grime or grease that I wasn't able to scrub off. Also, since the cloth is long, it's easy to scrub your back by doing the behind the back crisscross method.

Click Here to see the Amazon listing for them, and you can Click Here for the version that Walmart is selling, but if you have access to a Dollar Tree I’d recommend buying there. Literally $1 and they come “infused” with things like coconut oil, tea tree oil, or charcoal. $9.99 usd is pretty steep when you can buy them for $1 but if you don’t have access to the Dollar Tree or don’t support them then the listings I’ve linked above will work just fine - it’s the same product just a different brand! Don’t be fooled by how thin they are, it looks like a cheap piece of crap that you would never want to buy LOL it’s almost see through BUT whatever it’s made out of works very well. CAUTION ⚠️ these exfoliate ALOT so if you have sensistive skin go easy and gradually build up a tolerance for it. If you scrub too hard you will take your first layer of skin right off, exposing the dermis to all kinds of germs and leaving your skin super irritated. If you’re like me, I have very very dry skin that flakes and I need a strong exfoliator to remove the dead skin and built up product (like my deodorant). These exfoliate better and stay cleaner than a wash cloth, you can ring it out and it dries completely in 30 minutes which inhibits bacteria growth. You can and should use it with your favorite body wash!
Check it out here. I use it on my entire body then follow up with Amlactin, then seal with almond oil.
Get you one of the thin plastic loofah sheets. Changed my life and got rid of my bacne for good.
