I just came across this thread after looking for a solution to this problem. I came across some interesting stuff on Alibaba- there are lots of variations on this: https://www.alibaba.com/product-detail/High-Quality-Multiple-Output-12V-18CH_60557687403.html?spm=a2700.galleryofferlist.normal_offer.d_title.83743f5dsmr1hx Most of the wall warts I come across are 12V- the number of outputs on here is probably crazy overkill for most, but doubling the number of ports probably only added 20 cents to the bill of materials so I get why they are there.
If rack mounting is not required, or you have shelf space in the rack, there is a lot of variations on this type of product as well: https://www.amazon.com/Ares-Vision-CCTV-Power-Supply/dp/B07V7NFNWK/ref=sr_1_22_sspa?crid=1R3XLOBHFD8Z&keywords=12v%2Bac%2Badapter%2Bmulti%2Boutput&qid=1666734792&qu=eyJxc2MiOiIxLjYwIiwicXNhIjoiMC4wMCIsInFzcCI6IjAuMDAifQ%3D%3D&spref... The nice thing here is the individual fusing. I haven't found one that comes in black though, which while not a deal breaker, I am really trying to solve an aesthetics and organization issue, and that will stick out like a sore thumb.
Finally, I found this little guy while searching the depths of Alibaba: https://www.marsriva.com/product/3.html and this is really perfect for most of what I had in mind- I don't need to strip wires (instead use barrel adaptors), multiple output voltages, clean look, even a built in POE injector. I unfortunately only see it being sold on Alibaba with a minimum quantity of 10, for $80 each. I would have also actually strongly preferred there be no UPS option- overseas electronics off Alibaba are dicey enough on their own, adding batteries into the mix isn't what I had in mind, though this company seems pretty legit and well established. I am going to see if I can find this sold in individual units somewhere so I can try it out- if that fails I will try to contact the company to get a sample sent out.
any and all plastic enclosures are stupid expensive. now that one is also outdoor rated and waterproof, and massive, so it adds to the cost.
If you can make a model or find one a 3d print would be just fine in my opinion. Do take cooling into consideration in design. a 5v70a psu will have a fan that requires some venting even if its not under full load.
I did a very quick browse on thingiverse and didn't see any ready to go enclosures.
maybe you look at something like this and switch out PSUs with a 5v one? https://www.amazon.com/Ares-Vision-Power-Supply-30AMP/dp/B07V7NFNWK/ref=sr_1_18_sspa?crid=302PH1S8PAT8S&dchild=1&keywords=5v+cctv+power+supply+8+channel&qid=1635533442&sprefix=cctv%2Caps%2C199&sr=8-18-spons&psc=1&spLa=ZW5jcnlwdGVkUXVhbGlmaWVyPUExWlMwUEZRTzZFMFBIJmVuY3J5cHRlZElkPUEwMjQyOTg4MlRNSEk4N05MMzBRVCZlbmNyeXB0ZWRBZElkPUEwNjcyODgwMldZSDFTNFRISkFFViZ3aWRnZXROYW1lPXNwX2F0Zl9uZXh0JmFjdGlvbj1jbGlja1JlZGlyZWN0JmRvTm90TG9nQ2xpY2s9dHJ1ZQ==
