Take a look at ProClip's vehicle-specific mounting bases. https://www.proclipusa.com/category/car-dashboard-mounts
Once you have the base, you can put a standard 17mm "Garmin" ball mount on it and attach almost any phone mount available.
ProClip doesn't have a good option for my current vehicle, so I ended up using a ball mount with a "handlebar strap" around a post in my center stack. It actually ended up working way better than I expected in this particular car. https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B00P9XC3YO/
