I don’t have allergies so I can’t really relate, but I do have an air purifier, it sits on an overhang literally above the middle of their cage. I keep my room somewhat ventilated as well with window open (I live in warm environment). I also keep one of these nearby their cage open Arm & Hammer Moisture Absorber &... https://www.amazon.com/dp/B06XW17WYC?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share
When I do clean their cage and stuff gets kicked into the air I also throw a mask on my face. Spot clean their cage often too to keep some odor away. Like others said I’ve read about certain hays being good for allergies.
I try to layer the bottom with fleece and towels. I have an air filter directly over their cage (I’ve uploaded a video of you can see my profile).
I spot clean their cage and just pick up as much poop as I can every couple days.
I also bought a 3 pack of these: Arm & Hammer Moisture Absorber &... https://www.amazon.com/dp/B06XW17WYC?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share
I’ll change that out every month or so^
And then I deep clean their whole cage about every 10 or so days.
I bought an essential oil diffuser too but was really sad after I researched online it isn’t good for Guinea pigs so I returned it.
