I have An Artisul D22 which is currently on sale on Amazon for $339 ($60 off). I took off the antiglare film because it was installed incorrectly and lowered the resolution, but it works great and it is HUGE, so I can see everything in detail. The only issues are I have had to adjust the monitor brightness to include some of the lighter colors that are invisible when the screen is at its maximum brightness, and the calibration isn't really perfect- it's always a little bit above or below the pen. But it's a nonissue for me, because the price can't be beat.
Look at OpenBoard, you can easily import your slides and other eocs and write all over them and export notations out.
Then this pen display tablet rocks! Will never use anything else even Wacom tablets are terrible compared to this thing.
