The Power Supply will come with all the cables you should need for power. You can buy cable extensions that look better than the stock ones. AsiaHorse makes some good ones that are easy to train and come in a complete set on Amazon. I just put them in my build.
Asiahorse Customization Mod Sleeve Extension Power Supply Cable Kit 18AWG ATX/EPS/8-pin PCI-E/6-pin PCI-E (White) https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07C735N9C/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_glt_fabc_GVS0Z8ZM4K8R2Z1CTHW5?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1
This ain't bad TBH. But if you want to take it to the next level some clean cable extensions will really spruce up your build and make sure it comes with cable combs. Here's what I use.
https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07C735N9C/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_glt_fabc_6MB1HVMD176EZ4S69KP4
Not sure on the gauge on the wires, if that's what you mean by rating. I'm sure it depends. And they just plug into the ends of your existing cables if they say extensions. Notice the word extension https://www.amazon.com/Asiahorse-Customization-Sleeve-Extension-Supply/dp/B07C735N9C/ref=mp_s_a_1_3?dchild=1&keywords=custom+pc+cables&qid=1624762367&sr=8-3#
Do not snip. Keep it the way you have it, it's ideal. You can also get a set of sleeved extensions to clean up the look https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07C735N9C/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_glt_fabc_0AWJF4DVR1Q8TY52TAQK
Also, electricity is held in the power supply long after you switch it off or unplug it, you could injure yourself. Or brick your power supply when the scissors bridge all the wires during the cut
I just thought i'd point you in a different direction, consider getting sleeved extensions rather than cables that go straight into the psu. like these https://www.amazon.com/Asiahorse-Customization-Sleeve-Extension-Supply/dp/B07C735N9C/ref=sr_1_1_sspa?crid=1WZZBORTJO4C4&dchild=1&keywords=white+sleeved+extension+cable+kit&qid=1601249874&sprefix=white+sleeved+e%2Caps%2C210&sr=8... I've personally used and had no issues with in the past. so much cheaper, work just as good, and look better imo
Thanks man! I got them on Amazon:
Asiahorse Customization Mod Sleeve Extension Power Supply Cable Kit 18AWG ATX/EPS/8-pin PCI-E/6-pin PCI-E (White) https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07C735N9C/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_glt_fabc_BVB8MWS5WBEA8DS0F0KS?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1
Is this the one you are using? I can't confirm if this one pack will be good for a 3080 to since it has 3 8 pin connectors. Asiahorse Customization Mod Sleeve Extension Power Supply Cable Kit 18AWG ATX/EPS/8-pin PCI-E/6-pin PCI-E (White) https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07C735N9C/ref=cm_sw_r_apan_glt_fabc_1R13EERPVHV5W1HYGKPV?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1
Thanks, man!
If you are using a 3 8-pin GPU, you will need two sets. I also bought some separate white cable combs to help pull it together.
that looks great! i dont think adding a fan in the rear will help with anything, cooling or aesthetics. what would help are some sleeved psu cables, maybe get 2 sets of these to fully populate all the GPU plugs, haha https://www.amazon.com/Asiahorse-Customization-Sleeve-Extension-Supply/dp/B07C735N9C/
Holy shit who are you buying your extensions from? If you’re talking US$, I’d recommend the AsiaHorse extensions. I have them in my build and they look really good. $25 I believe for the whole set. They don’t have the whole rainbow of colors, but you should be covered with the ones they have. Pretty hard not to match black or white.
24pin + CPU + 3xPCIe and cable combs for all of them. They are pretty soft and malleable. I’ve used from other brands and they were like trying to bend plastic. AsiaHorse I believe uses fabric, not nylon.
I’d 100% recommend those.
Asiahorse Customization Mod Sleeve Extension Power Supply Cable Kit 18AWG ATX/EPS/8-pin PCI-E/6-pin PCI-E (White) https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07C735N9C/
Probably a result of recent patches or windows updates adding more crap. Close background processes, and then maybe you want to spice up the aesthetics of your build. Maybe sleeved psu cable extensions https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07C735N9C/ref=cm_sw_r_apan_glt_fabc_8X2XQJZGK2F3DA6TS01X
Or a cpu cooler if you are using the stock one
9.5/10, i really like it. I would get a motherboard with white accents, like the strix B550-A, and maybe the white version of dominator memory. you dont need an AIO, but i get it, it looks cool. but speaking of looking cool, defietly get some of these to really make your build pop if you can fit them in budget https://www.amazon.com/Asiahorse-Customization-Sleeve-Extension-Supply/dp/B07C735N9C/
yeah, precisely. the o11 can only use units like that, labeled SFX or SFX-L
i know you probably want white cables still, so i advise getting a nice kit of sleeved extensions if you get a black psu https://www.amazon.com/Asiahorse-Customization-Sleeve-Extension-Supply/dp/B07C735N9C
These cable extensions from Asiahorse are really good:
Grab some cable extensions and shove the excess in the basement.
I got some of these asiahorse ones, look super clean and can choose your color. Great reviews on Amazon and on this sub as well, and less than $30
Any will work. They're just a part that slips on the end of the 8-pin and 24-pin cables. They're all the same. Something like this.
I’d grasp these to clean up those power cables!

lol yea no problem. I also suggest you get some sleeved psu extensions on amazon if your budget allows. best visual upgrade you can add. https://www.amazon.com/Asiahorse-Customization-Sleeve-Extension-Supply/dp/B07C735N9C/ref=sr_1_1_sspa?dchild=1&keywords=asiahorse&qid=1615789169&sr=8-1-spons&psc=1&spLa=ZW5jcnlwdGVkUXVhbGlmaWVyPUEyUFBFQjQ0VFQ1TlhSJmVuY3J5cHRlZEl...
I just got a GIGABYTE GP-P750GM power supply as a bundle deal with a graphics card. It’s working fine but the cables do not look good with the pigtails. I was wondering if anyone could point me in the direction of some sleeved cables that would work with this.
It seems that the cables need to be the same connectors on both sides.
I already tried these:
https://www.amazon.com/Asiahorse-Customization-Sleeve-Extension-Supply/dp/B07C735N9C?ref_=ast_sto_dp
But the side that connects to the power supply wasn’t compatible so I had to send them back.
I have pictures if needed
Thanks in advanced!!
look on amazon for extensions. If you can fit the excess cable then it may be way easier. I just unplugged the parts going into my mobo, plugged extensions in and tucked away excess in my case
https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07C735N9C/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o03_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
Thanks for the advice! $70 for a single port that I probably won't use is pretty crazy lol. I'm still trying to get over how utterly T H I C C that GPU is. Also you should really invest in some sleeved cables. I think white ones like these would go really well with the build, especially to match the case and RGB. Don't forget about the little action figure that came with the GPU; the little guy also deserves a spot in the build :)
The cable extensions? They were like 35 bucks and they got almost 5 stars and a whole lot of good reviews. I definitely recommend them amazon cable extensions
Yeah would do two 120mm on back. 1 on top. Put 140 mm in front - Noctua works great.
Asiahorse Customized Sleeve extension: https://www.amazon.com/Asiahorse-Customization-Sleeve-Extension-Supply/dp/B07C735N9C
Worth it, trust.
You got this!
(and I dunno what's up...but Meshify C has a reputation for shitty front panels)
They are extension sleeves! Basically like extension cables for the psu you have. You plug the cables that came with your psu into the psu, and then these go on the other end and connect to your other parts. They’re a cheaper alternative to custom cables! Amazon link
I got these because I needed them fast and they were next-day... honestly impressed with the quality for the price. https://www.amazon.com/Asiahorse-Customization-Sleeve-Extension-Supply/dp/B07C735N9C/ref=mp_s_a_1_1_sspa?crid=BD9M5EOP4O41&dchild=1&keywords=white+modular+power+supply+cables&qid=1601240523&sprefix=White+modular%2Caps%2C171&sr=...
Here is a similar set on amazon. Looks like all I could find was a set of them. Couldn't find just a solo pci cable extender. https://www.amazon.com/Asiahorse-Customization-Sleeve-Extension-Supply/dp/B07C735N9C/ref=mp_s_a_1_1_sspa?dchild=1&keywords=power+supply+cable+extension&qid=1593442518&sprefix=power+supply+ca&sr=8-1-spons&psc=1&spLa=ZW5jcnlw...
These are $33 with free shipping.

I actually still had the tab open on my phone. Asiahorse is the name of the company. If you search them on amazon, other cheaper options come up. I have not tried any of these so I can’t attest to the quality.
I bought these on sale for $23 and they seem ok. Amazon link. I havent powered my pc on with them yet because I'm still waiting on parts to arrive. If anyone gets these just know that the pins pop out sorta easily.
If you want more quality and less cheap, go cablemod.
I have these extensions from Asiahorse
https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07C735N9C/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_awdb_imm_t1_-NP2FbK9PHFFQ
They work and look great. The one downside is the extra cables to deal with the management on the back of the case.
You're not forced to use a liquid cooler, but it is the best way to cool such a strong CPU alongside the best way to add a lot of nice RGB to the system.
I'll explain my picks:
The i9-10850K is unbeatable for that price, possible 'cause you can reserve it at a Micro Center. It is a 10-cores / 20-threads monster of a CPU.
The CPU cooler is a beautiful white RGB 240mm liquid cooler. Not cheap, but would match the white Corsair RGB RAM well, and cool the CPU nicely.
The motherboard is high-end, with Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth built-in, no adapters required to be bought.
The RAM is expensive, but as I said the Dominator is by far the most high-end RGB RAM on the market.
The SSD is a very good NVME M.2 one with a good price, overall my suggestion as the 1TB SSD to pick. Being an M.2 drive there are no cables needed to install it, it goes directly on the motherboard under one of the dedicated heatsinks. It's an NVME SSD which is much faster than 2.5" Sata SSDs.
The 1050 Ti is overpriced, but at least is new and sold directly from Newegg so you have full warranty on it while getting a GPU that doesn't burn a hole in your wallet and is enough for playing the games you want at 1080p / 60 frames without issues.
The case has very good airflow, looks really nice and elegant with its two RGB strips on the front, comes with three 140mm fans which are not RGB but there's plenty of RGB in the rest of the system, the idea is to have one of those 140mm fans on the back of the case, two of those 140mm fans on the front of the case and the Corsair 240mm AIO liquid cooler mounted on the top of the case. This case is one I'd love to get myself if I were to build a PC for myself now, here's an in-depth review of it so you can see well: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kgvm5ZTAbFQ&ab_channel=TheTechBuyer%27sGuru
Finally the power supply is one of the best 650W Gold-rated fully-modular ones you can get, there are many options but while this one is on sale it'd be a very good pick.
There is one more thing I'd add to this PC: sleeved cable extensions. These are sleeved extensions to plug to the cables of the PSU, their purpose is to make the PC even more stunning. The ones usually recommended are the ones from AsiaHorse, and I think that in white they'd make this system extra-nice: https://www.amazon.com/Asiahorse-Customization-Sleeve-Extension-Supply/dp/B07C735N9C/ref=sr_1_3?dchild=1&keywords=AsiaHorse+white&qid=1626079627&sr=8-3
If you scroll down on the reviews and look at pictures you can see how these extensions can make a PC stunning. This set would cover one of the two cables going to the top-left corner of the motherboard (the bigger of the two cables that go there), the big cable on the right side of the motherboard and the cable going to the GPU. You'd also have some cables left for the GPU so that if you upgrade the GPU later on to one that uses multiple cables for power you can have sleeved extensions on all of them.
Regarding Windows, you can save money, follow this if you'd like: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7iC-Qkm186A&ab_channel=GregSalazar
One thing should be clear about this PC: aside from the GPU which is a budget option and can be upgraded easily later on, this whole system is extremely high-end. This wouldn't need to be upgraded or replaced for years, it'd easily last multiple years, at the very very least 6 years, it's powerful.
But... To make it look good I'd get a regular black PSU for a lot less and use these: https://www.amazon.com/Asiahorse-Customization-Sleeve-Extension-Supply/dp/B07C735N9C/ref=sr_1_1_sspa?dchild=1&keywords=AsiaHorse&qid=1623705624&sr=8-1-spons&psc=1&spLa=ZW5jcnlwdGVkUXVhbGlmaWVyPUE0TlZSRE9XMkU2T1gmZW5jcnlwdGVkSWQ9QTAzMjMzMDAxVE1NVFRDRFBaUFQ2JmVuY3J5cHRlZEFkSWQ9QTAxOTU3MjNCUFpPV0o2NzdJVjkmd2lkZ2V0TmFtZT1zcF9hdGYmYWN0aW9uPWNsaWNrUmVkaXJlY3QmZG9Ob3RMb2dDbGljaz10cnVl
These sleeved cables are nicer than the white cables that come with that PSU anyway

Best bang for your buck right here
>I’ve been looking at these, if anyone has any experience with these lmk
I purchased these about a month ago. No issues on my end. Solid braided cables. As far as I can tell, Asiahorse is legit.
Asiahorse Customization Mod... https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07C735N9C?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share
Get the Asiahorse cable extensions on Amazon. Very well made extension cables and also very flexible. Affordable too. I have them in my build. Check it out.
https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07C735N9C/ref=dp_ib_2_ivx_share It says that I have to adjust the port. (This video is from the manufacturer)
Well, that was simple :)
Now, I don't know how much you care about improving the looks of those systems to the possible best but in case you want to there are two things you can do...
The first would be getting sleeved cable extensions, they're not cheap but they are the best thing to improve the looks of a PC, the ones that are usually recommended are the ones from Asiahorse: https://www.amazon.com/Asiahorse-Customization-Sleeve-Extension-Supply/dp/B07C735N9C/ref=pd_ybh_a_36?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1&refRID=D2DRG4Q2BFFJ8BVZJNJ7
I would guess white for her system and black for yours? Or maybe pink for her system if she'd like it and another color for yours? Well, you have options if you're interested in this thing
The second would be to use RGB fans instead of the RGB-less included with the case, I dunno how much I'd suggest it since I don't think it's much of an improvement, the sleeved cables are much more impactful, but in case these fans are quite nice and have a really good price: https://www.amazon.com/Sirius-Addressable-Performance-Cooling-Computer/dp/B07PXNCQCG/ref=pd_ybh_a_21?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1&refRID=ZX0E0Q3PSMCHJCRC4R44
Ok, here we go, sorry for the delay but it took me a bit of time to make the list and write this comment...
So, this would be a PC based on Aorus and be quiet! parts mainly, with a couple of Crucial parts too, so it would end up having a lot of sinergy, it will look nice, at first my idea wasn't to focus on particular brands but it's how it ended up and I think it would be great, honestly if I had this PC I'd drool over it 24/7... Just my opinion 😅
So, here is the list: https://pcpartpicker.com/user/CuriouslyBuildingPC/saved/J6XqmG
Let's explain every choice I made...
CPU: Ryzen 5 3600, it's one of the best CPUs on the market, by far the one you'd be recommended the most, it's a newer generation CPU than the one you listed and it's overall a better choice than the one you listed despite being a Ryzen 5 and not a Ryzen 7, there's a big jump in performances from Ryzen 2000 CPUs to 3000 CPUs, this is what I'd recommend
CPU cooler: the one included with the CPU isn't bad but there's space in the budget to get a better one, I would avoid liquid cooling simply because it's expensive and not needed at all, I would put the money elsewhere, this be quiet! Pure Rock 2 cooler is very nice, performs well, looks good and has a good price too
Motherboard: X570 Aorus Elite Wi-Fi, there's not much to say about this motherboard aside the fact that it's amazing and looks amazing too, it's not cheap yes but is it worth it? Hell yes in my opinion in a system like this one
RAM: so here I'll point out a small problem with the RAM you listed, that being the fact that it's CL19 and that's not great, you want RAM that is CL16 or better (meaning CL15, CL14 and so on) so I swapped it with this Crucial Ballistix one, I'd avoid the RAM you listed also because while it looks fancy it's not built well, actually it's quite cheap when it comes to build quality, this one has the specs you'd want, it's built really well, being white would match the case nicely and has some nice RGB on it (if it's not available on the site that PCPartPicker links you to don't worry, it's available for the same price on Newegg)
SSD number 1: so on PCPartPicker this SSD that I would recommend doesn't show up yet, it's a recently released Gen 4 SSD, the absolute fastest SSD you can buy, it's what I'd put in a system like this as the main drive, it's an NVME Gen 4 M.2 SSD and the motherboard has a dedicated heatsink to place over it which is nice, here's the link for it: https://www.newegg.com/gigabyte-1tb-aorus-gen4/p/N82E16820009018?Description=SSD%20Aorus&cm_re=SSD_Aorus-_-20-009-018-_-Product&quicklink=true
SSD number 2: as for a second SSD I would not buy a cheap M.2 drive, I would instead buy a good 2.5" drive, this Crucial MX500 1TB SSD in the list is one of the best 2.5" SSDs on the market, it has DRAM on it which is something many SSDs lack and it makes a big difference, this is what I'd buy for a second SSD in a build like this one
GPU: RX 5700 XT, yes you made a great choice for the GPU, now there's nothing wrong with the model you listed but here I'd put this Aorus model, it's more expensive but... Hell if it doesn't look amazing! It would match this build perfectly and thanks to the Aorus motherboard you'd be able to control the RGB on it, so... Yeah, this is more expensive for mainly visual reasons but... Why not? The eye wants his part too, in my opinion 😅
Case: so you'd like a white case... Well, I would without doubts recommend this be quiet! one, it looks great, offers great airflow with its mesh front-panel and three included fans, no need to buy any extra one, has a glass side-panel, a PSU shroud and some RGB on the front, the nice thing is that the RGB on it isn't flashy or over the top, it's really elegant
PSU: finally the power supply, something you don't want to cut corners on, I would get this be quiet! 700W semi-modular PSU, it's a great PSU, 80+ Gold certified and with nice all-black cables, sure it's not fully modular but does that matter when the few non-removable cables are cables you will need regardless so they'd be plugged in either way? In my opinion this PSU is the best price/quality ratio one
And that's pretty much it, one thing you could add to improve even more the looks of this sytem would be some nice sleeved extension cables, if you'll decide to do so the ones that are usually recommended are the ones from Asiahorse, they're good and priced well, I'd guess you'd want them in white for this PC, here's the link if you're interested: https://www.amazon.com/Asiahorse-Customization-Sleeve-Extension-Supply/dp/B07C735N9C/ref=pd_ybh_a_4?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1&refRID=RGZC1QW3NEHE8Y1G5ZG5
There's one more thing I'll tell you in chat, but for now this is all, what do you think about it? Do you like it or it's not what you're looking for? Let me know :)
Okay, so I made some changes, and added monitors:
Changes -
Memory: upped to 32 GB of 3600 MHz CL 16 RAM. 3600 MHz CL 16 is the sweet spot for Ryzen 3000-series CPUs, and this will increase performance by 5-7% over 3200 MHz CL 16 (this varies by title/application, 5-7% is definitely a rough average).
Storage: changed from two SATA SSDs to a 500 GB PCIe Gen 4 NVMe SSD and a 2 TB PCIe Gen 3 NVMe SSD. These are extremely fast drives (much faster than the 2.5 inch SATA SSDs) and can be mounted directly to the motherboard, so no cable clutter.
GPU: upped to the 3090. MS Flight Simulator is EXTREMELY demanding, and especially driving three 1440p monitors, I think it’s well worth it for the performance uplift over the 3080.
Monitors: added three 27” 1440p 144 Hz 1ms response time IPS panels with GSync. I have this monitor, and I love it. It’s got very thin bezels, as well, so having them triple-mounted shouldn’t be an issue. You can purchase a triple monitor stand on Amazon or Newegg easily enough.
WiFi: wired is always going to be faster, but sometimes that’s not practical. I wasn’t sure, so I added a WiFi adapter.
Sound card: I cut the sounds card, because the size of the GPU is going to cover up two of the three PCIe X1 slots on the motherboard, so I think you’re going to have your choice of WiFi or a sound card. The built-in sound card is pretty good, but that’s definitely an area (third party sound cards) where my knowledge is lacking, so depending on your needs, you may elect to go with the sound card over the WiFi adapter.
One more thing, since we’re going for a white theme, I definitely recommend picking up something like this from Amazon or Newegg. These are extensions for your power supply cables that will make them white and braided, which really adds an extra bit of cleanliness and flair to the build.
Overall, this is a killer rig and is going to be about the best thing you can build for MS Flight Sim 2020. If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to ask, and I hope you found this useful!
For $3K, this is what I would do, considering your requests for a slick look and dual monitors:
Specs -
CPU: the 3800XT is an excellent gaming CPU with 8 cores and 16 threads, meaning it is also an excellent content creation/productivity CPU. It's really just an all-around great choice, and it's going to pair wonderfully with the 3080 that we're using in this build.
CPU Cooler: One of the best air coolers on the market, and my personal favorite, from an aesthetics perspective. It's got a sleek look and stays absolutely silent while producing thermals that are competitive with high-end AIOs.
Motherboard: Great X570 board from ASUS. It has a great VRM layout, plenty of I/O, onboard WiFi, and access to PCIe Gen 4.0, which we will be leveraging in this build, both in the storage configuration and with the GPU.
Memory: 16 GB at 3600 MHz and CL 16. Pretty much the optimum kit for Zen 2 (Ryzen 3000-series) CPUs, and it's also got that tasty, tasty RGB.
Storage: 500 GB PCIe Gen 4.0 NVMe SSD as a boot drive, and then a 2TB PCIe Gen 3.0 NVMe SSD with 3D NAND flash and SLC caching, meaning the drive will stay as snappy as day one as it begins to fill up. Plenty of storage, and the PCIe Gen 4.0 boot drive should make your boot times and load times virtually nonexistent.
GPU: The RTX 3080 is an absolute monster of a card in both 1440p and 4K. As far as performance, you need not worry. Stock, however, may be an issue. Supposedly over the course of the next month or so, they should be coming back in stock, so just keep your eyes out.
Case: Great case from CoolerMaster with a textured mesh front panel design, three RGB fans pre-installed, and great airflow thanks to the mesh front panel. I really like the way this case looks, and I think it will house your components quite nicely.
PSU: 850 watt 80+ Gold unit from Corsair. Great unit, and plenty of wattage for your system.
OS: Windows 10, as requested
Case Fans: 3-pack of RGB fans from CoolerMaster to fill out the case and match the three in the front. NOTE: Make sure you install these in the opposite direction of the front fans. This way, the front fans will be drawing air in, while these three (two mounted to the top of the case, one mounted to the rear) exhaust air out the top and back of the case. These fans come with a fan controller that terminates in either a remote or a header that can be plugged into your motherboard, allowing you to control the fans' RGB functionality via software.
Monitors: 27" 1440p 144 Hz 1ms IPS panel with GSYNC for faster titles like shooters, Rocket League, eSports titles, etc, and then a 27" 60 Hz 5ms IPS panel with FreeSync (meaning you'll need to ensure that this panel is connected via DisplayPort, which it should be anyways) for media consumption and single-player titles like RDR2, AC: Odyssey, Jedi: Fallen Order, etc. This sort of gives you the "best of both worlds" between the graphical fidelity of 4K and the price of 1440p high refresh rate.
Keyboard: great value mechanical keyboard with Otemu blue switches and a 10 key-less design. It also has a red LED back light, and it feels pretty good to type on, in my opinion.
Mouse: One of the best and most popular mice on the market, and for good reason. Excellent ergonomic design, very durable, and (this is definitely personal preference) a good weight.
Overall, this is a MONSTER rig. You're going to be averaging WELL over 100 FPS in most AAA titles in 1440p at ultra/max settings, and should be comfortably over 60 FPS in the majority of modern titles in 4K at ultra/max settings. I guess the best praise I can give this build is that it's how I'd spend $3,000 if I were spending it on a full setup.
ONE MORE THING: This build is already maxing out your budget, but if you can swing an extra $30 or so, I'd also recommend getting something like this that will add just that little extra bit of swagger to your build. I like going with White, just because then the cables reflect whatever color the fans are flashing, but that's definitely a personal preference thing.
I hope you found this useful, and please let me know if you have any questions!
Not by themselves, but they're not terribly expensive if you buy on Amazon. These are the ones, and they're actually very nice!

I have this set of white braided extensions in my computer and have been very happy with quality. Not sure your budget but $32 for a full set. Hope this helps. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07C735N9C?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share
Okay. Go with the list I made, add some white sleeved psu cables https://www.amazon.com/Asiahorse-Customization-Sleeve-Extension-Supply/dp/B07C735N9C
Sorry, but the list you made just isn't competitive
I’d buy a extension set like this https://www.amazon.com/Asiahorse-Customization-Sleeve-Extension-Supply/dp/B07C735N9C and then you can hide all that ugly stuff. Get whatever color suites you.

Here's what I'd do to maximize performance in your budget. White RGB build, so you can get the pink from RGB lighting. White RGB is much more versatile than a pink theme.
Let me know what you think :)
Here's what I got for you. White RGB airflow theme, so you can set the lighting to pink or whatever colour you want.

The back panel cable storage is really tight. I suggest you put most of the cables on the top panel.
If you want these extensions can help you route things more cleanly in the case or alternatively you can go to https://cablemod.com/ to get a custom PSU cable to help.

Yeah upgrade it if you want. A 5600X is a fine drop in improvement. Also consider some aesthetic upgrades like sleeved extensions https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07C735N9C/ref=cm_sw_r_apan_glt_fabc_TRZJAC45Z2NC9K2B38C1
Thanks! This is what I'm using for the extension cables:

thats about as white as it can get. you should add some white psu sleeved extension cables https://www.amazon.com/Asiahorse-Customization-Sleeve-Extension-Supply/dp/B07C735N9C
I'd do something different. Getting an RTX 3070 is going to be hard without paying well above 1000$, even going over 1200$... Instead I'd go towards an RX 6700 XT, which is not as good but almost, it's close, and with a 3700X and a B550 motherboard you'd be able to use this feature: https://www.amd.com/en/technologies/smart-access-memory
If you want the white NZXT H510 I'd also get white RAM and a white AIO cooler, so to have a nice black & white build. I'd also get a motherboard that does support the USB-C port on that case, the one in your list does not, plus you'd want a B550 board to use Smart Access Memory regardless...
Also for the PSU I'd not go under 700W for a 3070 or a 6700 XT, these GPUs ask for a lot of power...
So I'd suggest this: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/H9VhfP
I'd get the WD SN750 NVME SSD as it's one of the best NVME drives you can get, not cheap but worth it in my opinion. As for a 6700 XT the Red Devil is one of the best models, if not the very best one. I would not add any second storage drive at first, 1TB isn't low, I think you should wait because if 1TB is enough you'd be good and you can save money, if instead you'll see that you need more storage no problems either, you can add any other drive easily later on...
And that's that. I'd also recommend adding nice white sleeved cable extensions to have the PC look extra-nice, if you'd like that, and the ones usually recommended are these: https://www.amazon.com/Asiahorse-Customization-Sleeve-Extension-Supply/dp/B07C735N9C/ref=sr_1_2?dchild=1&keywords=White+sleeved+extensions&qid=1628086449&sr=8-2
Hmm... Any thought?
Thanks a ton, those are good points! I've decided to make most of those changes; stepped down to the 5600X and Edge Mobo, upped the RAM speed, decided to add that m.2 along with a slightly cheaper SATA cuz I can, and swapped the PSU to a Corsair RM650. I also added a set of white cables for the PSU and a white SATA data cable to go along with it. I'm pretty sure those cables are all I need; that PSU set should cover the Mobo, CPU, GPU, and SATA power, and that second link should be my SATA data to the mobo but if you get bored, I'd appreciate a second look. There's too many pins and cables for a noob lol
I would suggest this: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/6gmRcT ($795)
All Corsair products with corsair rgb. Everything can be controlled inside the Icue software.
240mm white aio
White case with 6 argb fans
White asus motherboard (needs bios update using the flashback button)
2x8gb 3600mhz cl18 white memory
1tb nvme m.2 ssd
1tb 7200rpm hard drive
Optional (white sleeved cables): https://www.amazon.com/Asiahorse-Customization-Sleeve-Extension-Supply/dp/B07C735N9C/ref=mp_s_a_1_3?dchild=1&keywords=white+extension+cables&qid=1627504060&sr=8-3
My PC build process was pretty much exactly the same as yours, as I basically used almost exactly the same parts, so I can try and give some advice. I used a Phanteks PC case as well with a Corsair 750W Plat PSU.
The one issue I remember facing is that the atx power cables have a rubber protection towards the end of them. This heat shrink increased the diameter of the cables to just bigger than the side cable inlet. This made me have to force the cables through, and I even had to file it down a tad to make it fit. I got some custom cable extensions from amazon that made the case look nicer and also solved this issue of wedging the cables in.(https://www.amazon.com/Asiahorse-Customization-Sleeve-Extension-Supply/dp/B07C735N9C/ref=sr_1_3?dchild=1&keywords=asiahorse&qid=1627443478&sr=8-3)
Other than that, this case is a breeze to build in. Plenty of space for cable management, especially if you remove the drive bays underneath the PSU shroud, which I think you will do considering you are using a m.2 like me. BTW the accessories box is here so make sure you take that out.
Included IO shield look really nice with this case, and I feel like it should be standard across motherboards because this just makes it so much easier to put in, and not worry about scratching anything. You will have a great time putting the motherboard in basically.
I too was very nervous, but I just put in a Linus Tech Tip build guide and followed that, and my computer booted up on the first try.
OH AND ALSO, keep a piece of paper or a plate where you can keep your screws and label them. Your table will get messy very easily, and for a brain that is riddled with ADHD like me, that can become very overwhelming very quick. I built mine in my dining room next to my kitchen so I could build the PC in the dining room, and use the various counters for stuff like screws, trash, or components. Spatial organizing is very useful. But if you have only a desk, you can use the boxes that your components cam in to organize your screws.
Last of all, enjoy it. You only get to build your first PC once. Take pride in it because you built it and you yourself understand it. Please take your time and make it look nice. Cable management may take a while but its worth it in the end. You are spending so much money on these parts so why not display them with the utmost pride.
I am looking to move on and build my second PC soon, but this first PC has been amazing, and I am excited for you to develop this hobby. If you have any questions while building go ahead and message me.

Good Luck!

Of course there are also sleeved cable extensions if you want to make the system look extra-nice, they are not needed, just for aesthetics. In case you'd want them the ones from AsiaHorse are the ones usually suggested, available in various colors: https://www.amazon.com/Asiahorse-Customization-Sleeve-Extension-Supply/dp/B07C735N9C
If you ask me though these particular extensions from Antec would look amazing in this PC, in this "special blue" multiple-colors combination: https://www.amazon.com/Antec-Sleeved-Extension-Power-Supply/dp/B08QJKBQWY/ref=pd\_ybh\_a\_1?\_encoding=UTF8&psc=1&refRID=92P7RQGTSTSY6YWTCBBE

What would you say about this?
https://pcpartpicker.com/list/R9YDgt
The components you already have, a mostly white build with black components where going for white ones is either impossible or too expensive...
Getting two 16GB RAM sets is less expensive, for the PSU I wouldn't pay more for a white one since you aren't going to see it, I'd get the Seasonic Focus Plus which is an amazing PSU and for the cables the best way to make everything look amazing would be to get sleeved cable extensions, the ones from AsiaHorse are the ones usually recommended and would cover most of the cables for a good price: https://www.amazon.com/Asiahorse-Customization-Sleeve-Extension-Supply/dp/B07C735N9C/ref=sr_1_3?dchild=1&keywords=AsiaHorse&qid=1622840021&sr=8-3
Regarding the case yes, it's not one that comes with RGB fans, but does have elegant RGB strips on the front that look very nice, has three 140mm fans included and performs amazingly well with temperatures. The idea would be to move the pre-installed fan on the top of the case to the front, so to have two of those fans on the front, and mount the AIO cooler on the top since it supports a 240mm cooler on the top. This video can explain better than I can here why I suggest this case: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kgvm5ZTAbFQ&ab\_channel=TheTechBuyer%27sGuru
Hello.
This is my suggestion: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/mQ9YF8
The i9-10850K is an amazing CPU and it's awesome that you have access to a Micro Center because you can reserve this CPU for 329,99$ there and go pick it up: https://www.microcenter.com/product/626745/intel-core-i9-10850k-comet-lake-36ghz-ten-core-lga-1200-boxed-processor
For the cooler a 280mm AIO liquid cooler to mount on the front of the NZXT H510 would be good, and this Corsair one looks amazing.
A blue motherboard with lots of RGB + 32GB of RGB RAM, the Royal RAM is extremely fancy, you either love it or hate it...
The WD SN750 1TB NVME SSD is 20$ off at the moment and it's one of the best NVME SSDs on the market.
Finally for the power supply well, the EVGA P2 is a Platinum-rated one which is extremely good and it's nearly half-off its usual price on Amazon at the moment, usually it's around 200$.
For Windows I'd follow this video to see how to install it and how to get it for a good price: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7iC-Qkm186A&ab_channel=GregSalazar
I'd also add nice sleeved cable extensions to this PC to make it look super-nice, the ones usually recommended are the ones from Asiahorse, here you can get them and you can choose between many colors: https://www.amazon.com/Asiahorse-Customization-Sleeve-Extension-Supply/dp/B07C735N9C/ref=sr_1_1_sspa?dchild=1&keywords=Asiahorse&qid=1622669605&sr=8-1-spons&psc=1&spLa=ZW5jcnlwdGVkUXVhbGlmaWVyPUExRlgwV0FHVldVRlZNJmVuY3J5cHRlZElkPUEwOTc2MDA3MlVLRTRHVDdWTlpKWiZlbmNyeXB0ZWRBZElkPUEwMTk1NzIzQlBaT1dKNjc3SVY5JndpZGdldE5hbWU9c3BfYXRmJmFjdGlvbj1jbGlja1JlZGlyZWN0JmRvTm90TG9nQ2xpY2s9dHJ1ZQ==

This is what I would do: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/MfjR3Z
This'd be a black & white system, I think it'd look amazingly good... Of course I'd also add white sleeved cable extensions to make it look extra-nice, and the ones from Asiahorse are the ones I see usually getting recommended: https://www.amazon.com/Asiahorse-Customization-Sleeve-Extension-Supply/dp/B07C735N9C/ref=sr_1_1_sspa?dchild=1&keywords=Asiahorse+white&qid=1620995633&sr=8-1-spons&psc=1&spLa=ZW5jcnlwdGVkUXVhbGlmaWVyPUFZOEZFMURDVVlOUFcmZW5jcnlwdGVkSWQ9QTA5NDgyMDlaMUJNMEVXQ0c4MzkmZW5jcnlwdGVkQWRJZD1BMDg2Mjg4NTFKWDJJS0NGM0k3M0smd2lkZ2V0TmFtZT1zcF9hdGYmYWN0aW9uPWNsaWNrUmVkaXJlY3QmZG9Ob3RMb2dDbGljaz10cnVl
You can get the 5800X for that price at Micro Center: https://www.microcenter.com/product/630284/amd-ryzen-7-5800x-vermeer-38ghz-8-core-am4-boxed-processor
How does this look to you?
Oh another thing: if you want to make your system extra-nice, make it look super-good, you can use sleeved cable extensions, I guess in white in this case. Those will not add any performance to the system of course, only for looks, but damn do they look good... These are the ones I see recommended: https://www.amazon.com/Asiahorse-Customization-Sleeve-Extension-Supply/dp/B07C735N9C/ref=sr_1_1_sspa?dchild=1&keywords=Asiahorse+white&qid=1620505844&sr=8-1-spons&psc=1&spLa=ZW5jcnlwdGVkUXVhbGlmaWVyPUExRVRDTU8xNThPUFQzJmVuY3J5cHRlZElkPUEwNTk5OTYyTzE4VllEVDNVWE41JmVuY3J5cHRlZEFkSWQ9QTA4NjI4ODUxSlgySUtDRjNJNzNLJndpZGdldE5hbWU9c3BfYXRmJmFjdGlvbj1jbGlja1JlZGlyZWN0JmRvTm90TG9nQ2xpY2s9dHJ1ZQ==
Up to you if you want to consider this...
The Asiahorse extensions look pretty nice https://www.amazon.com/Asiahorse-Customization-Sleeve-Extension-Supply/dp/B07C735N9C
but lots of excess cable to stuff in the back of the case. Trying to get the CableMod cables as well.
What you have would work, I'd suggest tweaking it sligtly to this: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/zYxfgt
The WD SN750 SSD is equal to the Samsung one you have listed, both are amazing, but the Samsung one is overpriced.
As for the PSU I get it, it's white and has white cables, but the PSU itself would be mostly hidden under the PSU shroud and the white cable are not sleeved, fancy nice cables. I'd get the PSU I listed instead and use white sleeved extensions, they'd look awesome, here: https://www.amazon.com/Asiahorse-Customization-Sleeve-Extension-Supply/dp/B07C735N9C/ref=sr_1_1_sspa?dchild=1&keywords=Asiahorse+white&qid=1617609121&sr=8-1-spons&psc=1&spLa=ZW5jcnlwdGVkUXVhbGlmaWVyPUEyR1FGSEtUTTUzWkUwJmVuY3J5cHRlZElkPUEwNTUwMDMxMkFLUzRQQVFQR1FXTSZlbmNyeXB0ZWRBZElkPUEwODYyODg1MUpYMklLQ0YzSTczSyZ3aWRnZXROYW1lPXNwX2F0ZiZhY3Rpb249Y2xpY2tSZWRpcmVjdCZkb05vdExvZ0NsaWNrPXRydWU=

Sorry i didn't see the extensions in your post. My mind must've skipped it for some reason. Look up asia horse extension cables or uphere
Extensions are much more economical than custom sleeved cables. If you're not constrained on space, I always recommend them https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07C735N9C/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_fabc_dlT4_p2P8FbP96KE8M
BEAUTIFUL setup, my guy!
I want something similar to what you're doing with your GPU cables. I recently got my hands on a STRIX 3070 and want it to 'pop' a little bit. The mobo 24-pins are fire and something I'd potentially consider if there was a dope kit that people recommend out there, because from what I gather these accents can become quit expensive.
So I guess.. my question is two-fold. (Again, sorry in advance if a dumb ass Q - I'm a bit unfamiliar with Strimer cables and such).
First, being that some of these new RTX 3000 cards have moved in a diff direction with these 'new' 12pins instead of 8/10 or whatever was the norm prior - am I going to need something specific for my ASUS Strix 3070. For reference, I use a G3 750W PSU.
Second, alluding to what I mentioned earlier - are there any dope recommendations for a 'kit'. I came across this ASIAHORSE and this LINKUP on Amazon and was wondering what suggestions my fellow master racers would have for your boy.
Thanks in advance for any and all help!
For mouse you can go with this..
https://pcpartpicker.com/product/BDXYcf/razer-viper-mini-wired-optical-mouse-rz01-03250100-r3u1
For case these are 2 nice options.. both come with 3 RGB fans at the front..
For cables you can get an extension kit like this..

This should be a good overall build for you, and one that you can upgrade down the line. *I used all USD* The CPU is the Ryzen 5 3600, a 6 core 12 thread CPU that has become a favorite for it's power for the price. However, right now it's inflated, it should be ~$175-200 so that's why the builds over budget. The motherboard is the full ATX steel legend which is a great board and looks very nice, it's got the most white features for the pricepoint too. The RAM is fast 3200mhz cl16 with RGB in white to go with a white/black/rgb build. The storage is a 1TB NVME ssd for very fast load times with plenty of storage for now. The GPU is the one I wouldn't say is a great option, only because there's almost no availability right now. If you can get a good used 2070 or super for around $300 that'd be good. The case is a solid lian li white option, if you wanted to save a little money or want a smaller case you can get the mATX steel legend and a white mATX case. The case is mostly up to you and what you want, I'd recommend tempered glass because acrylic scratches easily but anything that matches your motherboard will work well. The power supply is a 650w fully modular power supply that will be plenty for years to come. I included 5 RGB fans, they're a really good deal and I personally use these and like them a lot. I included a link to an amazon listing for a wifi 6 and bluetooth 5.0 (latest versions) pcie adapter, it will handle super fast wifi speeds and will handle bluetooth flawlessly. If you wanted to spruce up the build a little more I'd recommend white power supply extensions, but that's purely cosmetic: https://www.amazon.com/Asiahorse-Customization-Sleeve-Extension-Supply/dp/B07C735N9C/ref=sr_1_2_sspa?dchild=1&keywords=white+psu+extensions&qid=1606671130&sr=8-2-spons&psc=1&spLa=ZW5jcnlwdGVkUXVhbGlmaWVyPUE5MkZSM1lXOVczTFUmZW5jcnlwdGVkSWQ9QTA5ODA5NTAxUEY4Q0xONDdaNVVKJmVuY3J5cHRlZEFkSWQ9QTAyOTcwODUxREMzN0pZTkZKME83JndpZGdldE5hbWU9c3BfYXRmJmFjdGlvbj1jbGlja1JlZGlyZWN0JmRvTm90TG9nQ2xpY2s9dHJ1ZQ==

https://pcpartpicker.com/list/tMdwYg i tried my best to make a consistent color scheme. you can spend these $20-30 on some sleeve extensions like these https://www.amazon.com/Asiahorse-Customization-Sleeve-Extension-Supply/dp/B07C735N9C/ref=mp_s_a_1_1_sspa?dchild=1&keywords=white+sleeve+extension+cables&qid=1605873566&sprefix=white+sleeve+ex&sr=8-1-spons&psc=1&spLa=ZW5jcnl...
Hey sup everyone,
Build this beauty back in July, was my first pc build ever,
Took a good amount of hours building it making sure I did everything right,
Next I wanted to upgrade my cables,

I was thinking of getting the Asiahorse one's in white, how do you guys think they will look?
https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07C735N9C

They also have ice blue one's but I think the white will look better,
I'm going for a white/blue color theme,

My other choice was Aquiein brand on amazon, they had nice looking snow white one's but sold out yesterday,
https://www.amazon.com/AQUIEIN-Sleeved-Extension-Supply-Mainboard/dp/B083TDF4QG

Anyone have experiance with either of them? I heard asiahorse is really good but also heard they changed quality a bit over the past month or so,
My next plan is to buy 2x Corsair QL's 140m white :) Then a 6800xt after that, hopefully they have more then the red version on launch :)

Let me know what you guys think
Thanks
Well, first I'm gonna explain my choices here...
The CPU is just a strong, 8-cores CPU that should cover your need without problems
The CPU comes with an RGB cooler but if you want better cooling performances and a less flashy look then look no further than to the Scythe Mugen 5 Rev. B, it's a beefy air cooler that would be way more than enough to cool this CPU
The motherboard is a bit expensive... But it's a good motherboard that will support Ryzen 5000 series CPU with a bios update if you'll decide to upgrade your CPU, and it does have built-in Wi-Fi and Bluetooth
The RAM is 3600MHz CL16 which is ideal for this CPU, and it's in dual channel which is something essential (meaning simply that there are two RAM modules, not only one)
The SSD is simply the best priced TLC NVME SSD that has DRAM on it, it's an M.2 drive so nice to work with as there are no cables involved and the motherboard has a nice heatsink to place over a drive like this one
The GPU isn't top-tier, but it's a good mid-range to high-end GPU, it is capable of running any game on the market at 60 frames with max settings no problems, provided you're fine with running games in Full HD and not 4K, this XFX model looks really nice and sleek too in my opinion
The case well, it's just an amazing case that has a glass side-panel, a PSU shroud, an USB-C port at the top that is supported by the motherboard I listed (not many motherboards support it) and it perform extremely well when it comes to temperatures with the three pre-installed fans in their pre-installed locations, it's a very well desined case, it has some RGB on the front but it's not flashy, it's a really elegant implementation, this is what I've looked that convinced me about how good this case is: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kgvm5ZTAbFQ&ab_channel=TheTechBuyer%27sGuru
The PSU is overkill in being 750W but it gives you room for possible future upgrades and the price is good, it's from a reliable brand, 80+ Bronze certified and has nice all-black cables
I think that the white version of the case looks really nice and, alongside the white RAM, would create a nice contrast with the other black parts... Also, if you're fine with paying something to improve the looks of the PC, I suggest getting sleeved cable extensions, white in my opinion would be perfect, the one usually recommended are the ones from Asiahorse since they're good quality cables that don't cost as much as other options, it would be the best way to make your system look as nice as possible: https://www.amazon.com/Asiahorse-Customization-Sleeve-Extension-Supply/dp/B07C735N9C/ref=pd_ybh_a_94?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1&refRID=7Y476HSVAFC0DGJG9WZV
Regarding sales well, I dunno, I don't know how sales work there for you and if it's worth waiting, I live in Italy so... I just dunno 😅
Plus I'll tell you another thing in chat... But before tell me what you think about this, take your time to read and watch the video
Hey, unfortunately if we go with the parts you currently pick, you will not be able to make full use of the budget on 1440p performance. Plus, demand for the 5600x is very high RN and you probably can't get one for MSRP. So I switched out for some other parts and added in optional cable sleeves, the whole build will still retain the white color scheme. The build will be able to make full use of your 165 Hz monitor, with games on Ultra/High settings.
Well, there would be very little budget left so there wouldn't be much you could get to improve the performances... The only thing I'd see improving the performances would be getting 3200MHz RAM instead, like this: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/HknGqp
One thing you could add to improve the looks of the system would be adding sleeved cable extensions, they're not cheap but they are beautiful, you can check the images posted by users in the reviews, I'd guess you'd get them in white or pink for this system: https://www.amazon.com/Asiahorse-Customization-Sleeve-Extension-Supply/dp/B07C735N9C/ref=pd_ybh_a_90?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1&refRID=BM9A70BATPRCJ32477K3
And if you like that mouse and keyboard bundle know that on Amazon there's only 1 left, if it sells there's no problem though as it's available here too: https://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/1461692-REG/cougar_cgr_wxnmb_df2_deathfire_ex_gaming_hybrid.html
Now, this system wouldn't be a monster, but it would be capable enough to play all the games you listed without problems, and would be easy to upgrade in the future, by getting a stronger CPU and/or GPU...
The monitor also isn't cheap but it's a good one, I wouldn't get a cheap one or even two cheap ones instead of a good one, it has an IPS screen so colors and viewing angles will be better than they'd be on any VA or TN screen and t has a refresh-rate of 144Hz, ideal for the games you listed... One thing though, get a DisplayPort cable to connect the monitor to the back of the GPU, if you use an HDMI cable you won't be able to set the monitor at 144Hz, you'd be limited to 60Hz
Also the monitor unfortunately doesn't come with speakers built-in so you'd need to buy external ones... But there are many at good prices
I see, I understand, it's that once in a blue moon buy and for that paying something more for looks is something that this once you're ok with...
Well, that should be all... The only thing that comes to mind that can improve the looks of this PC would be adding sleeved cable extensions, but I dunno where you can find good-priced ones where you live and/or if you care about that, this is what I mean: https://www.amazon.com/Asiahorse-Customization-Sleeve-Extension-Supply/dp/B07C735N9C/ref=pd_ybh_a_67?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1&refRID=SQ3GM2SJ442558MNBT8M
Lastly, do you know how to install Windows on a new machine and how to get it for a good price?
You could get cable extensions or an extension kit if you want all the cables to match.
The Asiahorse cables do plug directly into the PSU. The cables can be found here and did not come with the 650W.
https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07C735N9C/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o05_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
To be clear, the cables did not come with the lower wattage PSU. They were purchased separately and are listed here: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07C735N9C/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o05_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

Are you saying that because I used the cables with a lower wattage PSU, they are not usable with the 850W now? Is this because they've retained some wattage memory or something?
Alrighty, so here we go. To answer some of your questions first: You dont need to worry too much about parts other than the case form factor (ATX vs matx vs ITX). Everything else is more or less standardized. Yours is an ATX case so we got a full ATX motherboard.
As for windows, you can just download it and use it without activating it for free as long as you dont mind a small watermark in the bottom left of your screen. If it does bother you, you can always buy a key and activate it later!
Onto the build. Keep in mind, some parts are a bit more expensive because I wanted to keep with the black/white theme, but its still within budget!
I went with the microcenter bundle of the Ryzen 3600 + ASUS Prime x570 Pro motherboard for 405 bucks. The motherboard is white and black, and you can get it at this price in your local microcenter where it says it's in stock.
For RAM I went with 16gb 3200mhz RAM in white with RGB to match the motherboard
I went with a 256gb NVME SSD for an OS drive and a 2TB HDD for plenty of storage
A 1660ti seems to be the best choice for your price range, and I went with the MSI Ventus because it was a White and Black dual fan setup
Finally, I went with an EVGA 650W power supply. Its a little overkill, and you could get away with a 550W version of this perfectly fine, but this model is really highly rated and is fully modular.
I threw in your case marked as purchased and some thermal paste for your CPU and you should be good to go! If you wanted to go all out, you could throw in these cable extensions as well: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07C735N9C/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_i_o550DbE40RYES

I ordered these from Amazon... https://www.amazon.com/Asiahorse-Customization-Sleeve-Extension-Supply/dp/B07C735N9C
I'm very happy with the results, I can't stop looking at my build haha
Hello, your list isn't bad at all, there are some things I'd change, like the RAM which is CL18 and that's not ideal, but overall it would work fine... That said, I would go with a different build, this is what I suggest: https://pcpartpicker.com/user/CuriouslyBuildingPC/saved/dX8k99
CPU: Intel Core i5-10400, very good mid-range CPU, it's the rival of the Ryzen 5 3600, since this PC is meant for gaming this CPU would be the best choice, in games it performs slightly better than the Ryzen CPU
CPU cooler: a nice tower cooler that would do a better job than the one included with the CPU, plus it looks great, it's white and the fan lights up in white, I think it would match the rest of the components really well
Motherboard: a nice B460 motherboard from MSI with a good price and great looks
RAM: 16GB (2X8) 2666MHz CL16, the right RAM for this CPU and this motherboard, this model looks quite nice in all-black, the heatsink is made of metal and overall it's nice high-quality RAM, 2666MHz because it's what is supported by this CPU on this motherboard, which is absolutely fine as Intel CPUs do not rely on RAM speed like Ryzen CPUs do
SSD: a good 1TB NVME SSD, this XLR8 CS3030 is a very nice model with DRAM on it, something many SSDs lack and it makes a big difference, plus the motherboard has a dedicated heatsink to place over a drive like this one, which is nice
GPU: I would not go for an RTX 2060, it's quite overpriced for what it offers, I would instead go for an RX 5600 XT, a great GPU that performs like the RTX 2060 but is priced way better, this MSI model in particular has a great price on Newegg considering that you get a 20$ prepaid card from MSI if you buy it, plus you even get the game Godfall included, another nice plus
Case: I left the one present in your list, I would guess you like it since it's what you picked and there's nothing wrong about that case, it's a good one
PSU: a nice 650W power supply from a reliable brand, 80+ Bronze certified with all-black cables and a nice price, not modular but considering the good price I'd be fine with it
Monitor: I wouldn't cut corners on the monitor, it's what you'll look at the most after all so I would definetely get a good one, I suggest this MSI Optix G241 monitor, it's a very nice 144Hz monitor with an IPS screen, meaning that colors and viewing angles on it will be better than they would on any VA or TN screen, it's a bit more expensive than what you had in mind for the monitor but it's worth it, plus we're saving a lot of money in this build compared to what you had in mind, so there's plenty of space for a better monitor and a good 1TB drive instead of a 500GB one
And lastly yeah, if you're getting sleeved cable extensions get the Asiahorse ones, they're really good, I guess you're planning on getting these ones: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07C735N9C?pf_rd_r=9MEP3J9M65Z3VNV62QK5&pf_rd_p=6fc81c8c-2a38-41c6-a68a-f78c79e7253f
Overall it would end up being a PC as strong as the one you listed but with a great monitor, a bigger, better SSD, it would look really nice and would end up being less expensive than what you had listed
Naturally, all of this is based on my opinions, it's what I would do but the PC is yours so it's up to you to decide, I just hope this will end up being helpful, one way or another :)
Asiahorse cable extensions off amazon here. The white cable combs i bought seperate since these come with black and transparent only.
Nice.
I am using the drive bays next to the power supply so I can't stash too many cables in there.
I started to replace the ring fans with some other ones that could be controlled via the RGB header then I thought the ring fans look way better. Then I thought about getting a 200 mm ring fan for the front but I can't find one that doesn't have a goofy controller box that is not compatible with either controller box I have. I thought about zip-tying everything super close to the pow supply and out of sight and running these to the components.
But maybe that will just add to the mess.
This build is really clean and makes me want to put it on its side (move the bottom panel)
This is how it sits ATM until I can figure out what the plan is. At one point I thought about putting a 240 AIO on the bottom.
Also cable extensions are way cheaper than full set.
For the fan hub i used the corsair icue commander pro along with the corsair rgb hub for the cables its just these
Ryzen brothers nice build maybe replace the ketchup and mustard with some Asianhorse custom psu cables https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07C735N9C/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_i_WtOeFbWV8QH37
On amazon they are $36.99
Here’s what I’d do for your budget:
Specs -
CPU: 8 cores and 16 threads is a great place to be in 2020, great for gaming, productivity, pretty much good for anything that you’d be doing as a gamer.
Cooler: white air cooler from Enermax with an RGB fan that can be configured to blue via Aura Sync. Good air cooler, stays pretty quiet, and I really like the way it looks.
Motherboard: X570 motherboard with good I/O and a decent VRM layout. It also has integrated WiFi, and also has both an RGB (4 pin 12 volt) and ARGB (3 pin 5 volt) header, so you’ll be able to connect both your CPU cooler and your fan controller to the motherboard and control all of your lighting (except the GPU) from one app.
Memory: 16 GB at 3600 MHz and CL 16, which is pretty optimal for Zen 2 CPUs. Also, it’s a white kit, so that feeds into the white theme we’re going for.
Storage: 1 TB NVMe SSD with 3D NAND flash and SLC caching, meaning the drive won’t slow down as it fills up, and then a 2 TB HDD for additional storage.
GPU: you could easily fit a 2080S into this build, but at 1440p, it’s only going to be a little bit faster, and the 2080S white edition wasn’t in stock according to PC Part Picker. If the white theme isn’t something you’re willing to sacrifice performance for, a Founder’s Edition 2080S can be purchased from Best Buy for $700.
Case: Meshify-C, great airflow, really nice aesthetic, tempered glass panel, and of course white.
Power Supply: 650 watt 80+ Gold PSU from CoolerMaster that’s fully modular, which will cut down on cable clutter.
OS: Windows 10, as requested
Fans: two sets of CoolerMaster ARGB fans that will allow you to populate the case with three intake fans in the front, two exhaust fans on the top, and one exhaust fan in the back. If you can buy the fans individually, it might be cheaper to buy three single fans, and then one 3-pack, as you’ll only need one controller. If you do that, make sure you get a 3-way PWM splitter so that you can plug all your fans into headers on the board. Like I mentioned earlier, the fan controller will have a cable to connect to the motherboard so that all your lighting is controlled in one place.
Cabling: there isn’t a place for this on PC Part Picker, but I’d also recommend getting a kit like this to make your build a little flashier and cleaner. They really do wonders for the aesthetics of a build, and for $40, I think it’s a worthwhile investment.
Overall, this is a great 1440p build, averaging 90-100 FPS at 1440p with in ultra details. Obviously that’s an average, so some will be higher and some will be lower. Games like R6:Siege and Valorant will run much higher than that, while games like AC:Odyssey and RDR2 are going to hover right around 60-70 on a mix of ultra and high settings. I hope this helped, and if you have any questions, don’t hesitate to ask!
The 12nm is the 1600AF which is pretty much the same as the 2600. Good budget CPU!
Motherboard you could choose to spend a little more on but it's not a terrible one. A better mobo will give you more OC headroom and a better upgrade path in the future. I would go with the Steel Legend. It's a better board overall and looks a bit nicer in my opinion.
The memory is just fine. 3000 CL15 or 3200 CL16 performs similar and you don't need 3600 memory for the 1600AF. I'd swap it out for the white ones though if you're going with the white theme on your build.
On a budget I would swap out the NVME drive for a SATA drive with more capacity. Trust me, you're not going to notice any difference in a gaming rig. I would go with the 1TB MX500. This is one of the best SATA drives (comparable to the Samsung EVO 860) and it will give you double the storage capacity which you pretty much need nowadays. I got myself a 1TB drive about 3 months ago and it already almost full with steam games. I do play a lot of different games though.
Please don't get an 850W PSU. A 650W will power an OC'ed 3700X with a 2080TI. 500 to 550W will do you just fine and will give you some headroom for upgrades in the future. If you want to be safe get a 650W. With that said, I had a hard time finding a white PSU I trust under 750W on PC part picker. This might be because I didn't look for very long :p. However, you chose a case with a power supply shroud so you might as well pick the ugliest one you can find as you won't see it anyway :). Go with at least 80+ bronze (which will be fine for a normal gaming PC) from a reputable brand like Seasonic, Corsair, EVGA and there are a few others as well. Just research the PSU you have your eye one. I like the one I have added to the PC part picker list a lot.
If you really want white cables showing in your PC you can always get some white extensions for the 24 pin and PCIe cables. These Asia horse ones are actually quite nice Bitwit made a nice video about a couple different brands https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5fd6xx9wpgw
When it comes to the case, if this is the one you like go for it. Personally I like a bit more airflow in my cases and would, for instance, go with the Meshify C in white or the P400A white. The last one comes with some RGB fans as well.
Don't buy windows for $139. There are plenty of legitimate other selling points to get it for much less. I don't know what the exact rules are on this subreddit but buildapc has a very stict policy when it comes to this. I can DM you some info for other legit sources if you want.
With all this said and done you should have quite a bit of budget left for a GPU that will outperform the RX580 significantly. I haven't added one in the below PC partpicker list yet as I don't know you exact budget but the below list is what I would go for when building a white themed PC under $1000 right now. Good quality, well rounded sensable components with some nice RGB and then blow the rest of my budget on the cable extensions and GPU.

They are the Asia Horse cable extensions that you can find amazon here: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07C735N9C/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_image_o09_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
For custom cables, many enthusiasts use CableMod, search them on amazon for premade ones, these run about $70. If you want fully custom ones where you pick each individual sleeve then you can use their configurator and they make them personally for you https://store.cablemod.com/configurator/ This is very pricey, into the hundreds of dollars
You can get chinese cable extensions for pretty cheap around $30 such as these https://www.amazon.com/Asiahorse-Customization-Sleeve-Extension-Supply/dp/B07C735N9C/ref=sr_1_1_sspa?keywords=white+cable+psu+extensions&qid=1554248639&s=gateway&sr=8-1-spons&psc=1
