Glad to share! This isn't the exact one but it looks almost exactly like this one. It comes with extra light bulbs and has been quite reliable in the past year for me.
I have one of these, works awesome and I don't think I paid this much
I got one of those stand-up fly zappers and sometimes bugs will get stuck to the coils and just cook. Now I know what roasted fly smells like.
On an unrelated note, I'm hungry.
I never really had a problem with them when I was in West LA, but when I lived in OC and SF they were an insane amount of mosquitos. I’d definitely recommend getting a heavy duty bug zapper. Hang it somewhere high and it’ll get lost of them. Also try pointing a fan towards you when you sleep.

For the first week or so mine was full of dead gnats and a few mosquitoes that creeped into the house. If you have pets it may scare the shit out of them.
So, we had moths pretty bad. Now, they are only minor.
What we did:
Things that failed were camphor balls and moth balls stank too much.
Essentially, we denied them food and killed them where we could. They still ate several of my wool suit jackets. The former owner's closets and cabinets were full of the damned things. Took us several years to kill most of them off.
Good luck. Those damned things are almost as bad as cockroaches.
These are awesome and attractive enough to sit on the counter.
