In my opinion this is the best book for learning ARM assembly on the RPi (32 bit): https://www.amazon.com/Assembly-Language-Using-Raspberry-Pi/dp/0970112416/ref=sr_1_9?crid=2WJIKYB0HMV2G&dchild=1&keywords=assembly+language+raspberry+pi&qid=1620473288&sprefix=assembly+language+raspb%2Caps%2C179&sr=8-9 . If you only get one this is it.
It does not use any C libraries but does require running on a Linux OS.
This one is a nice supplement to the one above. Some of it requires compiling with the C standard library. It goes into how to use assembly with C and Python: https://www.amazon.com/Raspberry-Assembly-Language-Programming-Processor/dp/1484252861/ref=sr_1_4?crid=2WJIKYB0HMV2G&dchild=1&keywords=assembly+language+raspberry+pi&qid=1620473390&sprefix=assembly+language+raspb%2Caps%2C179&sr=8-4

This one is straight up a college textbook. It is a very nice reference, shows how to do some data structures using only assembly language. https://www.amazon.com/Modern-Assembly-Language-Programming-Processor/dp/0128036982/ref=sr_1_2?dchild=1&keywords=larry+pyeatt&qid=1620473552&sr=8-2
