So you know that moment (not 30 mins after consuming mushrooms, but like several hours into it..) where things 'shift' and you feel like you're somewhere else? That, for me, is JUST like a lucid dream. Everything is just more vivid and...feels...not solid, if that makes sense?
I don't have either of this when I remote view. I listen to binaural beats in the Theta wave and meditate from 5 minutes to 20 minutes, depending on how much time I have available to train.
Psilocybin is the absolute worst drug I've ever used lol. My friends who take it are giggling for 8 hours and enjoying life to the fullest. I go down a dark path and can experience how others perceive me and I just can't handle that. I'm not even a bad person with a history of doing bad things haha. It's like I've died and I'm reviewing my life and how I made others feel with my words and actions, even if my intentions were pure and it just sucks.
So more power to you for being able to use it productively!
Astral Projection? Read any of Robert Monroe or Robert Bruce books:
or
The first book is a guide (and you can get his other book, 'Mastering Astral Projection') and the second book is a memoir of the founder of modern astral projection, Robert Monroe.
I would HIGHLY recommend the Gateway Experience tapes that the Monroe Institute (founded by Robert Monroe) created decades ago. They use binaural beats to synchronize the left and right hemispheres of your brain to help induce different states of consciousness so that you can learn what they feel like so you can get to these states on your own.
You can learn more about this tech (and get the tapes...) via r/fived
Just be sure to download the FLAC version of the audio and NOT the MP3 version so that the binaural beats work as intended.
For remote viewing, def check out r/remoteviewing. The sidebar is an excellent place to start.
You can also watch the training video of Prudence Calabrese, the founder of a slightly different protocol of remote viewing, here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IWyN1IpII9M&t=6377s
The video is old and her laugh is annoying lol, but you can not beat this training as its the equivalent to thousands of dollars. You can also utilize the training method produced by the government:
Alternatively, if you are interested in both, check out my website:
https://enterthevoid.co/category/remote-viewing/
I'm about to do a series on reviewing the Gateway Experience tapes and the remote viewing section shows how to remote view (a very high level) and it is the same method as taught by Prudence in the youtube video, above. I learned from her student, John Vivanco about 9 months ago.
Let me know if you have any questions!
There are many books and write ups about it hon, this is just a fundamental fact anyone who has read about astral projection knows. But here's a good reference for yourself https://www.amazon.com/Astral-Dynamics-Out-Body-Experiences/dp/1571746161/ref=mp_s_a_1_1?crid=BVKSITN117YH&keywords=astral+Dynamics&qid=1648550868&sprefix=astral+dynamics+%2Caps%2C292&sr=8-1
There's probably a PDF of it out there but I can't link that it would be piracy. This is a good guide for you and anyone who wants to learn about astral projection.
Here's the Wikipedia about JUST the plane though https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Astral_plane
Think of it like a layer in the onion of our reality.
Astral Dynamics by Robert Bruce, is a classic.
He is an Australian man that explains his experiences and how to do it.
I think he has been at it for about 20-30 years.

Like the other person said, Astral Dynamics by Robert Bruce is also a good one:
https://www.amazon.com/Astral-Dynamics-Out-Body-Experiences/dp/1571746161
I personally consider it like a sort of "Bible" of Astral Projection since the information is extensive, backed with Robert Bruce's various experiments and answers pretty much most of the commonly-asked "newbie" questions in this sub.
Robert Monroe's books are also good.
Absolutely. He's my favorite AP researcher/author -- very pragmatic, non dogmatic approach based on empirical evidence. I've even paid to work with him during a weekend seminar.
He has a lot of great work, but the seminal piece in my opinion is Astral Dynamics. That's a link to the 10-year revised/updated version, but the original is just fine if you run across it.
You can get a taste of his style with 'Treatise on Astral Projection', an early online work from 1994.
This is the BEST book in print on the matter. If you follow his instructions, you'll get results. No drugs required, just hard work.

>If astral projecting is something you're curious about, this is something I suggest you read. amazon.com
Yup, I've been forced to believe that our universe is just a subset of a larger picture. For anyone who's interested in a similar path, I suggest learning reading the book Astral Dynamics and learning how to astral project yourself (it isn't that hard and just requires a bit of practice).
