Amazon has a pair of the A40TR on sale. Idk if you’re buy it but the used in very good condition is only $65. Really hard to beat that price.

This headset is real similar to what I have but will plug directly into your controller, and comes in under your $200 budget. I would recommend Astro, I've had 2 of their headsets and they have great sound.
