By chance, do you wear glasses? I had the same problem with mine. Try this. When you insert the eyepiece into the focuser housing, don’t seat it all the way in. Pull the eyepiece back by about 1/4” and then tighten the screws down. If that takes care of the issue, order a set of these and use them as spacers between the eyepieces and focuser housing.
