So there is anxious-avoidant attachment but it's fairly uncommon and unfortunately probably the worst one.
You get the negatives of both attachment types. If you truly think you have the combination, I would read professional books to try to work towards it. It is fairly rare though. A lot of the time it tends to be an attachment type with some other factor (so say anxious attachment but also suffer from depression).
A book like this would be a great start. She is a clinical psychologist and the book itself gets very positive feedback from other credible sources.
