Thanks for all the responses. I may try going with a computer based one like obdlink. I want to be able to read codes, Oil Reset Service, TPMS and ABS service etc.
But its also $800 lol
Modis is crap especially for the cost, it's clunky ui and snap on insists on reinventing the wheel instead of just copying oe software.
Save up another $600 and get a real scan tool with oe capability. A generic scan tool will just frustrate you in the end while trying to diagnose.
I love my Autel Maxidas. It does almost everything a oe tool does even some reprogramming.
