Been there—ditch everything that’s not truly keep you alive, noticeably improve quality of life essential. Saves money, reduces side effects/interactions. Then once you’re working with just the basics, you can better find a method of taking/remembering to take them that works. I bought two pill boxes big enough to do morning and night meds for a month so I could sit down and load up two months at a time- I’d noticed that just doing one month meant there would inevitably be a period of a few days when one month’s box was done that I’d have a few days lapse because I’m lazy and forgetful. Finish a month, just start the next month. But then you’ve gotta refill the empty month at some point to ensure you can repeat the process. Granted this really only works with 90-day supplies( but you could modify to a week or whatever works with your insurance/finances.
I’m loathe to recommend an Amazon product but this is what I’ve got if you remember elementary school Science class& colors of the rainbow ROY G BIV, that help me remember what the hell day it is too.

Oooh, Amazon in the US has this super cute one I wanted (of course, it's not available on Amazon.ca and doesn't ship to Canada).
Each day comes out so it is better than hauling around a whole week. if you search "rainbow pill container" on amazon, you might be able to find one with fewer segments per day (instead of the 4 segments per day that this one has)
this is the one I use: https://www.amazon.com/AUVON-iMedassist-Moisture-Proof-Compartments-Supplements/dp/B074MC6HJR?pd_rd_w=3ei0N&pf_rd_p=fa602f5a-9bb2-4470-9137-ba5fba954279&pf_rd_r=2FJ6GA3A0N6QCYRFXY7E&pd_rd_r=c5c1de62-fae1-4e70-93d1-093e99072960&pd_r... I realize it only has four but maybe it’ll recommend some similar
This is the one I bought:
AUVON iMedassist Weekly AM/PM Pill Box, 2nd Gen Portable Travel Pill Organizer (7-Day / 4-Times-A-Day) with Moisture-Proof Design and Large Compartments to Hold Vitamins, Supplements and Medication https://www.amazon.com/dp/B074MC6HJR/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_glt_fabc_NMTXKNRJGZY0JGHB6SAT?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1
I have this one. You can put the day of the week labels on yourself. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B074MC6HJR
I find it useful for also taking vitamins, particularly those nighttime ones. Like vitamin C (which I’ve read if taken in morning will deactivate adhd meds due to acidity) and hair/skin/nails. Put my ambien in there too so I’ll always remember each night.
I am horrific at taking meds but now am taking 15+ per day. I bought this organizer and synced the times with something I did every day. First pills right after I brush my teeth, second with breakfast/brunch/lunch, third with lunch or dinner, and fourth before bed.
This is great cuz instead of buying a ton of spices that are going to get old you can just steal a tube from a family member, or buy a jar fill your tube and give the rest to a family member. Personally I use one of these for something similar in my RV: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B074MC6HJR/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_fabc_HHN93KJ4PZ4ZAKGG0XWY
Sure! All of these were purchased on Amazon or at Trader Joe's if I was in a pinch. I use a pill organizer that has 4 daily slots. AUVON Medassist AM/PM 2nd Gen pill organizer
Jarrow Myo Inositol powder 700mg
Zazzee D-Chiro Inositol 50mg capsules
Vitamin B12 complex
Nature's Bounty Vitamin D 5000 IU
Amazon Elements Vegan Biotin 5000mcg (for hair, skin, nails)
Nature's Trove L-Theanine 200mg (supposed to help anxiety and promote calmness)
Trader Joe's Magnesium 200MG
Jarrow N.A.C. 500mg (supposed to help cravings)
Green Tea Extract 1000mg (Usually Jarrow or PureTea brand)
NOW Melatonin 1mg (for sleepy time)
It may seem like a lot, but I take psych meds 4xs a day anyway, so it was really easy to add this into my pill organizer.
Maybe this will help?

I'm using this one from Amazon, but mostly because I like to break them up into meals so I'm not taking like 15 pills all at once!
I use this app: https://www.medisafeapp.com/
And this lovely rainbow medicine organizer: www.amazon.com/dp/B074MC6HJR/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_glc_i_3Zd0FbD94ZZWA?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1
I use this and am pretty happy with it.
Here's one, another one, and another one!
I linked to Amazon because Etsy is usually outrageously expensive.

Compression Socks. Omg have they helped in my ability to walk. I also have POTs so that was what prompted the buy. I have peripheral AS too in my right knee and these babies just help relieve so much pain in my legs that it’s easier to get up and walk. I’ve been walking 2 miles (inside because Vegas and heat) everyday.
Stick Vacuum. Cannot stress that one enough. I splurged and got the dyson V11 one. I have a mini ausshole (see mini aussie) and a cat that I swear sheds her body weight in hair every day.
This Pillbox. I love it, I can take my daily pills with me if I have to be out for the whole day for appointments or whatever.
Egg Cooker because I’m and egg eating dinosaur.. It works so well… I mean, I couldn’t get over it. I eat an egg for breakfast daily and this sucker is fantastic. The shells peel easily too, just submerge them in ice water when they’re done and bam, done.
A phone holder . I am unfortunately bed bound some days. When my POTs flairs up it usually Coincides with an AS flair. Those days I have to be very careful about getting up because I can easily injure myself. This is great, don’t have to hold my iPhone, can watch movies on (we don’t have a TV in our room).
Gluten Free Oreos. Yeah, I went GF for my issues and was sad I couldn’t have my beloved Oreos BUT now I can!!
A Rollator. I’m 31, I have a handicap placard from my Rhuem. The Rollator has been one of my best investments. My partner got an expensive one, it’s carbon fiber so I can easily lift it. I lost a lot of muscle mass during my trek to finding a diagnosis because I was constantly falling and always in pain. The Rollator helps me so much, takes strain off my back, gives me a place to sit if I get fatigued, has a pouch to store my crap and a bottle holder for my water. I abhorred the idea of using it and adamantly refused to when it showed up, but he pleaded with me and so I did and damn it he was right. It helps and I don’t leave home without it.
I got it on Amazon. here’s the link
You can get ones that offer four time slots, like this.
