Here is a good wedge pillow for side sleeping. Not as expensive as MedCline, which is super complicated, but I imagine if you are taller it works well.

I got the side sleeper wedge from Avana. It came compressed and rolled up in a simple rectangular box but expanded quite quickly.

Hope the wedge pillow works for you! Took some getting used to for me with the contours, but after having it now for few months I feel better having bought it and am using it to sleep on my left side (I've been recommended to sleep on my left side by the doctor). I have also tried lifting the headboard of my bed 6-8 inches technique, but it didn't quite do the trick for me the same way as a wedge. At the end of each night I'd find myself slipping down the bed.
Of course the disadvantage with a contoured pillow is if you do end up on your back, the grooves don't quite agree sometimes with that posture. The back wedge is a lot more advantageous in this respect.
Occasionally if I'm not careful and get a bad flare-up, I find this isn't high enough so I have to elevate further with a supplemental pillow to raise my chest and head; for the most part I'm happy with my purchase, even though to be quite honest I was skeptical at first!
I've been using it for 5 months and for the most part can sleep normally. It's huge, but I think that helps:
