I bought the stand on Amazon for $70 it didnt have any reviews so I was a little worried but the stand is very heavy duty and it has holes in the pole for cables which is nice. You can adjust the monitors as high or low as you want. For my needs the height is perfect but may be too high for someone looking up all day.
Here's the link for the stand. The rest of their stands had good reviews so went for it and happy with the outcome.
I second this as this is what I did with my custom desk. You can also get monitor mounts that have clamp alternatives, I have this: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08JGLSC9P?psc=1&ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_product_details
Which connects to a plate under the desk and utilizes the hole in the desk instead of the clamp. The mount also has area to run cables down through it which is nice.
If you plan on adding a desktop computer on top you can drill another hole behind the computer and for the monitor so you can easily run cables from the monitor to the computer and using cable management supplies to keep the wires completely out of sight.
Thanks!
I used this AVLT 34" vertical mount off amazon. Currently using in clamp config on my desk holding a 34" ultrawide and a 27" and its pretty sturdy. Getting the mount angles and heights just right can be a little tricky as its adjusted with hex keys and just clamping, but for the price I was pretty impressed how well it worked.
I am looking to stack two Alienware 34" ultra wide monitors and haven't had attempted to mount a monitor before. Looking online I narrowed it down to two options - the AVLT mount from Amazon or the Ergotron Dual stacking arm.

The AVLT seems to have good reviews, but I know it has less mobility than the Ergotron. The primary difference here is cost. Do you think I could get away with the AVLT, or is it really worth dropping $400+ on the Ergotron mount?
got them from amazon
