I’ve got something like this nasal aspirator

Lights and music help with distraction/ confusion. I use the more bulbous nasal part and turn it on high. It’s not LO’s favorite but it’s fast enough to get the job done.

My LO loves putting his face in the bath water during bath time and that really gets the snot coming out. I got boogey wipes and I put a little Vaseline to keep the nose from drying out.

I have also seen that you could put a wedge pillow under the crib mattress to help elevate her head during sleep.

I spray the saline and wait about two minutes before I suck. It comes in a nice case and has a newborn and a toddler attachment.

We used the Nose Frida with my older son and started to use it with the baby. I’m not sure if my nose/throat are just wonky, but I could never suck the air without it hurting me. Not to mentioned we’d always get sick after using it since you are basically inhaling germs straight from your baby’s nose.

Just last week I caved and opted to get an electric one. We bought this one from Amazon. Only used it twice so far but minimal screaming and got the boogers out.

I got this one. It did get the snot out if I used the saline spray and let it sit for like thirty secs. I haven’t used it in a while though.

We got this one. It also makes the whole process much faster. He still screams like we are torturing him, but for less time.

And works well for us! I do loosen the mucus with saline spray first. I use this one because it is sterile saline and dies haven't any other ingredients besides sodium chloride. A little spray of saline and it loosens it right up! Sometimes I don't need to suck it out, after the saline she sometimes sneezes and that does the trick!

These don't appear to be on sale for Prime day, but they are 100% worth having. An Electric Nose Sucker!

We've used both of these:

This one was the first one we had, great for newborns and early on because it has lights that flash and can keep their attention a little. Sadly ours took a dunk in the toilet, so we replaced it with.

Second One, this one doesn't have lights but does still have music. We find we like the straight design better than the curved one.

You mentioned baby monitors. The one we use is also not on sale, so I won't link it. But I will say, make sure to get one with an actual monitor screen included. The ones that can use an app are nice, but being able to always have the monitor showing while doing other things (scrolling facebook, calling someone, etc) is just extra peace of mind.

I'll try to watch the baby deals and see if anything pops up that We've had experience with that I would recommend. I'll comment again if anything does show up!
