My family has used Avon bug spray for years. I have pretty sensitive skin and occasional eczema, but it doesn't bother me and it keeps the buggies away. Also, I use this: http://www.amazon.com/Babyganics-Natural-Insect-Repellent-Packaging/dp/B004LSFDV8 on my munchkin, who also has eczema. It seems to keep the bugs away and it doesn't bother his skin.
