Show, not a film. It's <em>Babylon 5</em>, currently available on Amazon Prime Video and Comet.
Unfortunately the pilot movie The Gathering isn't available for free on Prime. None of the TV-movies are, actually, though Comet is slated to air them. Fortunately the whole series is written so the TV movies are largely inert in terms of over-all the plot arc of the series, though they do add to it.
