I have the Badger Renegade Velocity http://www.amazon.com/Badger-Air-Brush-R1V-Renegade-Velocity/dp/B0013NBQLA It has served me quite well and has had zero problems that weren't my own fault (lubing then not using for a few months which caused the lube to gum up...)
I believe more people would recommend spending a little more for the Badger Renegade Krome, it's a little nicer with both the 0.33mm and 0.21mm needles/nozzles.
I got it for about $83-ish dollars during a 4th of July sale from Chicago Airbrush Supply so you may want to check there around holidays for a sale if you're so inclined.
You mean badger airbrushes?
I really like my Renegade Krome it's a very nice hopper type brush, it's a great painter and easy to clean. I don't think you can get the Krome edition anymore, but the Renegade series is pretty awesome in general, and replacement parts are dirt cheap. Most renegade brushes are available for under $100.
Check out this one it's the closest to the krome in terms of options/build
If you're really serious about airbrushing I recommend a solid gravity feed dual action airbrush. Gravity feed brushes are easy to load, easy to clean and have better atomization than other brush models. I use a special edition of the following brush; It’s a very nice and affordable brush with a decent warranty and cheap replacement parts.
I have a compressor (I don't think it's manufactured anymore). So I can’t really make any recommendations.
If you’re not really serious, or if you just want to experiment, check out Craigslist. It seems like every week somebody is selling a complete airbrush setup in my area for less than $100.
No, this is more what I was referring to:

It doesn't have any fancy bells or whistles, but it does have a moisture trap and pressure regulator. I have this same one, just with a different brand name on it. Mine is "ifoo"... I got it on Amazon with a garbage Master brush.
Oh, and by the way, this is the airbrush I was talking about:
It's still on sale! I can't speak for its quality yet, as it's still being shipped, but all the reviews I've seen seem solid.
I'm also new to airbrushing and have been looking at a quite of few threads regarding the topic. Which of these airbrushes do you think would be better?

Money isn't really a concern so I rather get QUALITY over something that is cheap but works "alright".
