Captain Nat does not a set schedule. He plans around weather/sea conditions and just experience.
If there’s several regulars onboard that have done some sites a million times he will plan around that. On my trip a couple weeks ago the conditions were just right, that instead of going south on Bimini, we actually went North of Grand Bahama.
Captain Nat also has a book out that talks about the sites.
