I snore and have mild sleep apnea. (There's a family history of it.) I got these nose clips for seven bucks off Amazon; I now (according to my nighttime recording app) no longer snore and my sleep is more restful. And they're comfy to wear. 10/10, would recommend to anyone with breathing problems.
