Our dog also has an extremely sensitive stomach. After trying many other things, we finally settled on Barking Heads grain-free food (any flavour is good, but our dog prefers duck). It gives him extremely good, dark, solid poop. This is adult food, mind you, but Barking Heads also has puppy food -- for instance this one.
