Hi folks! I released a new shawl pattern last week. It's currently available via Amazon, and if you're a KU subscriber, you can download it for free.

Basalt Steps Shawl (rav page) - worsted weight, at least 600yds. Cables. Sideways-knit, asymmetrical shawl. Minimalist, modern style. Both written and charted instructions.

Fulgurite Hat (rav page) - this is one of my favorites hats to wear. Bulky weight. Cable motif (tree/leaf/etc - use your imagination). 3 sizes: S, M, and L. Modeled pic is Med. Both written and charted instructions.

Aggregate Shawl (rav page). Worsted weight, about 600yds. Guernsey-style shawl. Traditional triangle construction. Great option for beginners: you'll get introduced to the garter tab and increasing in addition to knits & purls. Both written and charted.

Hornfels Hat (rav page). Worsted weight, about 150yds. Two sizes: M and L (M is modeled). Three heights: decorative/short, regular, and slouchy.

Coming: a lace shawl (I am hoping for early next week, depends on how crazy this weekend gets), three more hats, and another cable shawl. Keep an eye out!
