I have an old Monoprice sous vide machine. I have a vacuum sealer, but rarely use it unless for a big roast. I generally use a ziploc bpa-free bag.
The grill is a Basecamp 2-burner angle iron stove and the table is a Royal Gourmet prep table ($99). I had planned for awhile to build my own prep table for these burners, but lumber prices never went down and I figured this was way easier.
In retrospect, I wish I had just bought a two-burner Camp Chef for $120ish, plus they're portable for camping.
I use one of these burners outside, hooked up to a propane tank. It works awesome and is very versatile in terms of heat output (but I wouldn't use it to simmer food).
It was like $60 when I got it pre-covid, and then I bought a stainless steel prep table to set it up on for another $100 but you could set it up on your grill especially if you got a single burner (which are also cheaper)
A lot of them have it in their advertising or in the manuals, BTU's are a big selling point. Retailers may be more than willing to work with you on finding one.
Something like This that advertises a maximum of 15,000 per burner may be fine at lower adjustments.
But IMHO something like an old kitchen stove can be the best bet, They're sometimes available for just the coming and getting them from people who are upgrading a kitchen. Just be sure to change the jets for propane as propane burns hotter than natural gas.
Here is the two-burner stove, and here is the Royal Gourmet prep table. You will also need a propane regulator for the stove... it doesn't come with one. They're about $15-20 at Amazon or a hardware store.
It may be easier to just buy a Camp Chef stove like this, and it's portable.
AFAIK there's a lot of variation, some of the more powerful burners won't turn down to a safe level. This one has a maximum or 30,000BTU over two burners and should be fine at lower settings while this one has a max of 260,000BTU. That's a huge difference, and the hotter one may not adjust low enough to be safe.
