yup. You need:

1. Breaker bar
2. Torque wrench set to 129 lb/ft
3. 21mm socket for the lug nuts on the summer tires
4. Winter wheels come with their own socket for their lug nuts
5. 2 ton jack (I bought from TireRack, but you can buy from anywhere)

7. I also use a low power impact wrench to make it easy to remove or put the lugs on -- but DO NOT let it hammer on the nuts. Use the breaker bar first to remove and use the torque wrench to ensure you've got the right torque at the end.
