What is Reddit's opinion of Bates Men's GX-8 Waterproof Boot, Black, 9 M US?

I haven't owned those, but i have owned these similar boots. My company buys me two pair a year and the only part i've had an issue with is the toe wearing out from either kneeling on pavement or dropping manhole covers on my toes. Aside from that I could see myself getting 18 months of more out of a pair.
