I wanted something to support my heel and stabilize my leg. I stumbled across this sleeping pillow and thought... hmmm, maybe? It's incredible!!!! This also gives some rise to your ankle so it super helps with working on extension!!!!

I don't use it all night and not every night, but whenever I feel pain I use it. It is also easier to place when I am switching sides and isn't super bulky. Otherwise using a regular pillow helped a bit, but I was so sick of having to refold and place it after turning around (I roll around a lot lol)
