I had no trouble doing it myself. Diatomaceous earth plus bedlam insecticide took them out almost immediately. I kept using it and reapplying every couple weeks for like 3 months to be sure and that was it.

Has some years ago and tried the different routes including Diatomaceous earth. This was the only thing that worked. Read the instructions.
