There's that one coming out in July: https://smile.amazon.com/Behavioral-Data-Analysis-Python-Customer-Driven/dp/1492061379/. If I were you, I'd flag it and see what the first reviews are like before buying it though.
For more traditional econometrics, I like the two Angrist & Pischke (the older one is mathier, fyi, and the second one is basically a lighter version).
