It's the 940 version with fancier materials, so the scales are carbon fiber and the steel is S90V. It's pretty pricey though so I would recommend finding one secondhand if you can :)

Moral of the story: The handle is carbon-fiber and non-magnetic. The liners and blade are steel, and will stick to a magnet.
